October 2025 LEGO Promotional/GWP Set News: Everything We Know

October enters as one of the most eagerly anticipated months of the year, not just for Halloween fun and seasonal sets, but for the headline-grabbing release of 75419 Death Star. The large-scale diorama built in the shape of a half-sphere cross-section has been met with mixed feelings, but for the LEGO Group is the biggest release of October and arguably 2025, with its record-breaking $1,000 price tag and 38 LEGO Star Wars Minifigures.
For those builders looking for a slightly smaller and less expensive purchase, the month of October is packed full of LEGO releases. The tenth month of the year is particularly favourable to adults and older brick-building fans with the release of the likes of 72046 Game Boy and 10374 Bouquet of Pink Roses. And just like previous years, the latest LEGO Winter Village set will also be released this month as LEGO returns to a festive locomotive with 10361 Holiday Express Train.
While the lineup of brand-new sets is mainly 18+ oriented, October's promotional offerings are just as broad as previous months, currently featuring four confirmed Gift With Purchase sets. Along with the previously mentioned UCS Death Star, which has a corresponding GWP of 40771 TIE Fighter with Imperial Hangar Rack, LEGO's Halloween promotional set also releases alongside the fourth and final Nature Diorama of 2025.

40772 Celebration Series: Luminous Ghost
Kicking off the month with a seasonal flair is the already available 40772 Celebration Series: Luminous Ghost. The third celebration series GWP of the year starts the upcoming spooky season with 167 pieces used to recreate a brick-built ghost, complete with a red LEGO light brick and a bat companion. The 8+ model will be available with any LEGO purchases over $120 until the 7th of October 2025.

40771 TIE Fighter with Imperial Hangar Rack
Alongside 40772, 40771 TIE Fighter with Imperial Hangar Rack will also be available from the 1st until the 7th of October, but at a much higher cost as the LEGO Star Wars GWP is exclusively available with purchases of 75419 Death Star. However, the 236-piece model is fully compatible with the UCS Death Star as the brick-built TIE Fighter can be placed in the space station's hangar along with the GWP's three LEGO Minifigures.

40785 TBC LEGO Nature Diorama
Our fourth and final LEGO Nature Diorama will be available from the 14th to the 18th of October 2025. Even though we currently have no rumoured set name for the 12+ model, it will once again be available with all LEGO purchases over $150.

40774 Classic Animation Scenes
Last but not least is another brand new GWP for October: 40774 Classic Animation Scenes. The LEGO Disney-branded model has one of the shortest promo dates, being available from the 28th to the 31st with all LEGO purchases over $130. 270 pieces are used to recreate a retro television, which also includes three swappable brick-built scenes, including one from Toy Story and The Lion King.
