LEGO Icons 10361 Holiday Express Train Officially Revealed | October 2025

The 2025 LEGO Icons Winter Village set has pulled into the station as the LEGO Group has today officially revealed 10361 Holiday Express Train. The latest Christmas-themed LEGO set, aimed at the oldest of builders, includes a total of 956 pieces retailing for a much higher price than previous years at $129.99 / €119.99 / £109.99. The 18+ model will be available from the 1st of October 2025 for LEGO Insiders, followed by a general worldwide release on the 4th of October.

The Winter Village Holiday Express Train is another charming, nostalgic steam locomotive, somewhat similar to 2016's 10254 Winter Holiday Train but more detailed and larger in size. 2025's version also includes a completely different colour scheme with different shades of blue matching perfectly with hints of gold and festive red and green.

The colourful brick-built locomotive includes a total of four carriages: the classic steam locomotive carriage, a coal tender, a carriage transporting a large brick-built polar bear with a range of festive toys and a fully accessible passenger carriage. Each carriage includes a couple of wreaths and hints of holly and mistletoe. The passenger carriage is even built like it's a present with a neatly wrapped red bow on the rear carriage's roof.

The brick-built polar bear is one of the standout features of the brick-built train and will likely be a fan favourite when it goes round and round your Christmas tree this holiday season. The bear is completely white apart from a green and blue scarf and its black nose. Movement can be found in the brick-built character's head and arms, with him being able to also hold a brick-built bell as an accessory. In his carriage, and the coal carriage, we can find multiple brick-built toys such as a train, a digger, an entire village and much more.

Alongside the colourful and expressive Holiday Express Train are 16 circular track pieces, so that the locomotive can fit perfectly around a Christmas tree and activate its bobbing chimney and bell-ringing polar bear while it chugs along. A passenger platform with a bench and a lamppost is the final brick-built side build of the 18+ model, along with four LEGO Minifigures of two passengers, a conductor and a train driver.
