In just over a week, the LEGO Icons brand will be returning to Hawkins with the release of 11370 Stranger Things: The Creel House , but a couple of months later, the 18+ line will introduce a brand new franchise to brick-built LEGO form. In particular, on the 1st of March 2026, coming under the set number 11389, a build based on Project Hail Mary will be coming to shelves. Project Hail Mary is a sci-fi story by Andy Weir, which is also being adapted into a major motion picture, the same month that 11389 releases. The LEGO set will be a rare example of LEGO Icons dipping into modern sci-literature and contemporary cinema, rather than historic or classic pop culture IPs. 11389 Project Hail Mary Set includes a total of 826 pieces retailing for $99.99 / €99.99 / £89.99. The vehicle in question will once again be another historic car in the automotive industry, but rather than being known for high-speed racing, it's known for being a revolutionary model that made car ownership accessible to the middle class. In particular, this is the Ford Model T, which releases under the set number 11376 and includes a total of 1,060 pieces retailing for $129.99 / €129.99 / £109.99. The LEGO version will focus on recreating the car's instantly recognisable early 1900s design in a display-friendly format and similar in scale to previous LEGO Icons cars. The mass-produced automobile will likely be recreated in a black colour scheme with possible subtle hints of tan or brown, for example, to represent seating and interior details. A simple but sturdy chassis will be replicated alongside the car's thin tyres and tall, flat radiator grille at the front. Just under two years since the launch of 21349 Tuxedo Cat ,  and the LEGO Group have officially revealed another brick-built cat to join the growing roster of brick-built animals, including 11384 Golden Retriever Puppy , which was released yesterday. The LEGO feline releasing on the 1st of March 2026 is, in fact, a recolour of 2024's 21349, with the LEGO Ideas theme launching 21376 Orange Cat. Two years later and many price increases amongst other themes, but 21376 will retail for the exact same price as the Tuxedo cat at $99.99 / €99.99 / £89.99. However, 2026's Orange Cat does include 1,755 pieces - 45 more pieces than the original black and white version designed by fan designer The Yellow Brick. Most of these pieces and changes are minor, but the LEGO Group have altered the Cat's face so that its mouth can be opened and closed without removing or adding any elements, like with 21349 Tuxedo Cat . The colour is the other main differentiator between the two models, with 21376 featuring medium nougat rather than black. Some hints of white still remain, but in some areas these are less prominent, such as on the tail. The brick-built cat stands over 12.5 inches (32 cm) tall with plenty of play features and posability from the original model transferred to the 2026 recolour. The cat's head can be rotated, ears adjusted, and paws and tail moved. Monsters Inc. is a rare Disney Pixar movie to have never been covered by the Danish toy manufacturers before, but all that is changing in 2026. In particular, the LEGO Group are releasing a brand new LEGO BrickHeadz model based on the smash hit Pixar film of 40861 Sulley, Mike and Boo Figures. The 10+ model releases on the 1st of March 2026, retailing for $24.99 / €24.99 / £19.99 and including a total of 303 pieces. As the name suggests, the two main characters, Sulley and Mike, have been recreated in this blocky brick-built form alongside Boo, who accidentally gets into the monster world. Suley is the largest of the three figures and includes his iconic furry light blue body with purple pokedots recreated from circular 1x1 tiles. A small tail is included for the figure alongside his tan coloured horns. Both Mike and Boo, meanwhile, are in a slightly small LEGO BrickHeadz format, explaining that $25 price tag for the three LEGO Disney- branded figures. Mike is in his usual bright green colour scheme, along with much smaller horns and just the singular centre eye. The 8+ model is this year's Valentine's Day GWP, keeping with the theme of brick-built animals around the 14th of February, after last year's 40821 Love Bears and 40824 Sweetheart Tweety Bird . The promotional item is available from the 29th of January to the 6th of February 2026 with all LEGO purchases over $80. 40886 recreates a small scene with two brick-built penguins, positioned very close to each other, in love. Each penguin is coloured the classic mix of black and white, but in a cartoon-like appearance similar to 2025s 40821 Love Bears . Their faces may feature 1x1 printed love heart eyes and small orange beaks, with the penguin on the left holding a pastel blue fish from his beak. The two brick-built penguins with movable wings are placed on a small sheet of floating ice in the shape of a love heart. Here we can find the outline of the cold Antarctic sea along with patches of snow and dirt. A couple of grey pebbles can also be found here for the penguins to gift each other and showcase their love. It's been over a decade since we last saw the entertainment franchise first created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, but in 2026, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles return to brick-built LEGO form. In particular, the license will be making an appearance in the LEGO BrickHeadz theme, a line known for introducing some obscure licenses and characters to the LEGO universe via a blocky, brick-built collectable character. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles BrickHeadz model is set number 40878, which releases on the 1st of February 2026. Following a handful of releases last year, the LEGO Up-Scaled Minifigure line of sets returns in 2026 with the latest brick-built figure taking us to the wonders of LEGO space. In particular, the LEGO Group will be releasing 40921 Up-Scaled Blue Astronaut Minifigure on the 1st of March 2026. Retailing for $59.99 / €59.99 / £54.99, the 10+ model will be the perfect companion for 2025's 40767 Up-Scaled Baby Astronaut , which had very limited availability as a Gift With Purchase. Just like the previous Up-Scaled LEGO Minifigure  builds, 40921 will measure around 27 cm high, accurately capturing the legs, torso, arms and head of regular Minifigures but at this larger scale. This time, however, it will be the iconic Classic Space Blue Astronaut who's recreated as an Up-Scaled Minifigure. The figure will obviously be almost completely blue from the legs to the torso and the signature space helmet around the yellow brick-built Minifigure head. A printed Classic Space logo will be found on the figure's torso, similar to last year's 40819 Up-Scaled Racing Driver Minifigure . With the first theatrical release taking place in 1966, the franchise is well-known within Disney's portfolio and has previously appeared in brick-built LEGO form under the LEGO Ideas brand. Almost five years on from the release of 21326 Winnie the Pooh , the 1st of March 2026 will see the debut of 43300 Winnie the Pooh. And, unlike 21356, which included the likes of Winnie the Pooh himself, Piglet and Tigger as LEGO Minifigures , 43300 includes no figures and instead recreates Pooh Bear entirely out of LEGO bricks. This brick-built 18+ version of Winnie the Pooh will likely be similar in size and style to previous LEGO Disney 18+ models, standing (or sitting) roughly 20-30cm tall. Pooh's soft, chubby body shape will be recreated using a range of curved LEGO elements with a mainly warm honey yellow colour scheme, along with his bright red crop top shirt. A small brick-built honey pot may also be included to add further colour and play to the animation-based set. The bear's head will be the most expressive and detailed part of the $150 build. The LEGO Group is going blooming mad in 2026! Alongside four currently available sets and a highly anticipated February 1st release of 11503 Flower Wall, the LEGO Botanicals  theme is expanding again with two new sets arriving on the 1st of March 2026. While initial leaks first surfaced earlier this month, we now have official images of the stunning 11502 Sunflower Bouquet. The latest flower-inspired LEGO build includes a total of 686 pieces retailing for $59.99 / €59.99 / £54.99. As the newest entry in the bouquet lineup, it serves as a perfect companion to the recently released 11501 Tulip Bouquet . March's bouquet focuses on recreating six brick-built sunflowers, each at varying stages of growth to mimic their natural summer blooming cycle. Of the six flowers, one of them remains closed, showing only small, delicate yellow petals. Three more flowers feature elongated yellow petals, revealing the iconic circular brown centres of the plant. The final two sunflowers have fully bloomed, with the petals angled further back with an even larger brown plate at the centre.
