- LEGO Icons 10356 Star Trek: USS Enterprise D Rumoured For November 2025
Rumours are warping in at maximum impulse as the LEGO Icons theme continues to expand its range of licenses and stunning selection of large, brick-built models aimed at adults. In particular, the LEGO Icons model of 10356 is expected to introduce Star Trek to brick-built LEGO form with the release of the USS Enterprise D. The 18+ model is this year's Black Friday LEGO set, officially launching on the 28th November 2025, retailing for $399.99 / €399.99 / £369.99 and including 3,600 pieces. Measuring an impressive 60cm in length, 10356 Star Trek: USS Enterprise D is a large-scale display model designed to faithfully capture the sleek, elegant look of the Galaxy-class starship from Star Trek: The Next Generation. The design prioritises smooth shaping and accuracy for the mainly light grey ship, with the broad saucer section and its cleverly designed detachable function taking centre stage. From above, the saucer appears almost perfectly circular, built using layers of curved slopes, wedge plates, and tiles to create a seamless hull. At the very top, the ship’s registry of “USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D” is printed, surrounded by printed windows that form a continuous ring around the outer edge of the ship. Small printed details such as hull panelling and docking hatches, along with subtle gold and red markings, break up the mainly light grey coloured surface of the LEGO Enterprise. The underside of the saucer is just as detailed and accurate in design, with inverted slopes and angled panels replicating the ship’s rounded profile. As seen on-screen, the saucer can detach from the stardrive section in the brick-built LEGO interpretation. The secondary hull is long and narrow, featuring small greebling and window prints to capture the look of the ship’s main engineering section. Two angled pylons extend from the rear to support the warp nacelles, which contain the components for generating a warp field and therefore enabling faster-than-light travel. Transparent blue elements recreate the warp field grilles, while transparent red pieces represent the Bussard collectors at the nacelle fronts. Additional gold, orange, and red accents are used to replicate the impulse engines and other hull features of the ship. The Enterprise sits on a sturdy black display stand, built from Technic elements to hold the model securely at a slight angle for an in-flight appearance. The stand has wide legs for stability and features a 4x4 nameplate displaying the ship’s registry and Starfleet insignia. Alongside it is a grey minifigure display base complete with black elements and a printed blue Star Trek logo at the front, providing a dedicated spot for the included crew. A total of nine Minifigures come with 10356 Star Trek: USS Enterprise D with multiple including a printed version of the Next Generation uniform, along with detailed arm printing. There's Captain Jean-Luc Picard with a cup of tea, Commander William Riker with a trombone, Lieutenant Commander Data with his cat Spot, Lieutenant Worf with a new hair mould and a grey communications module, Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge with his engineering field kit briefcase, Dr. Beverly Crusher with a medical tricorder 1x2 tile, Counsellor Deanna Troi with a PADD 1x2 tile, Wesley Crusher with engineering field kit and Guinan who carries a green bottle and comes with a new hair/hat mould. 10356 Star Trek: USS Enterprise D Set Name - Star Trek: USS Enterprise D Set Number - 10356 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 3,600 pieces Price - $399.99 / €399.99 / £369.99 Release Date - 28th November 2025 10356 Star Trek: USS Enterprise D releases on the 28th of November 2025, but what do you think? - LEGO Ideas 21362 Mineral Collection Officially Revealed | October 2025
LEGO has officially revealed a sparkling new addition to the LEGO Ideas theme, one that brings the natural beauty of geology to the brick-built world of LEGO. Launching on the 1st of October 2025, 21362 Mineral Collection joins the 18+ theme alongside the previously revealed 21361 Gremlins: Gizmo . With 880 pieces retailing for just $59.99 / €59.99 / £54.99, 21362 is the most affordable and accessible LEGO Ideas model of 2025. Officially approved in November 2024, Mineral Collection is essentially a refined, museum-style showcase featuring six entirely brick-built mineral specimens arranged on a brown modular shelving frame. The display is then divided into three vertical sections, each topped and accented with small golden corner plates to give further design elements and details to the structure. The shelves are open on all sides, allowing plenty of displayability to capture the unique mineral builds from every angle. The six minerals are the stars of the build, each reimagined with clever use of transparent and metallic elements to capture the sparkle of real crystals. These include: Pyrite - A geometric cluster of metallic gold cubes. Amethyst Geode - A rounded grey rock exterior with various transparent elements of white, pink and purple to mimic sparkling crystal formations. Fluorite - An array of transparent shades of blue built into an unsymmetrical oval-like shape. Tangerine Quartz - A tall cluster of transparent orange columns emerging from a jagged tan coloured rock base. Rhodochrosite - Various-sized red transparent cubes surrounding small white transparent elements on a simple black rock base. Watermelon Tourmaline - A tall transparent column with a mix of green, yellow and pink built on a white rock foundation. 21362 Mineral Collection Set Name - Mineral Collection Set Number - 21362 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 880 Price - $59.99 / €59.99 / £54.99 Release Date - 1st October 2025 21362 Mineral Collection releases on the 1st of October 2025, but what do you think? - LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog 40769 SEGA Genesis Controller GWP Officially Revealed | 8th September 2025
Sonic fans and retro gamers alike get ready to embrace your video game passion as the LEGO Group has officially revealed a brand new Gift With Purchase starting from next week: 40769 SEGA Genesis Controller. Once LEGO has finished celebrating Back to Hogwarts day, the latest LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog branded model will be available from the 8th to the 17th of September 2025 with any LEGO purchases over $130. With 260 pieces included, the GWP recreates the iconic three-button SEGA Genesis (also known as the SEGA Mega Drive in some parts of the world) in brick-built LEGO form. Just like previous LEGO consoles and controllers, including 72046 Game Boy , which releases in October, we are treated to an extremely detailed, display-worthy brick-built interpretation which measures over 3.5 inches (10 cm) high, 5.5 inches (15 cm) wide and 1 inch (3 cm) deep. The LEGO SEGA Mega Drive Controller includes the controller's main features such as the D-pad, its three circular buttons (A, B and C) and overall rounded shape. Being an 18+ model, a small red stand is included to display the controller along with interchangeable stickers letting fans choose between a full "SEGA Genesis" logo or a simpler "SEGA" branding. The coolest and most colourful feature of 40769, however, has to be the ability to open up the brick-built controller. Here, builders will be able to find a miniature Sonic the Hedgehog Green Hill Zone in a very similar fashion to 2022's 10306 Atari 2600 . The microscale Green Hill Zone is complete with the iconic Green Hill Zone terrain and obstacles, whilst also including miniature versions of Sonic and Crabmeat. 40769 SEGA Genesis Controller Set Name - SEGA Genesis Controller Set Number - 40769 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 260 Availability - Free with all LEGO purchases over $130 Promo Dates - 8th - 17th September 2025 40769 SEGA Genesis Controller is free with all LEGO purchases over $130, but what do you think? - LEGO Halloween Set 40772 Celebration Series: 3. Luminous Ghost GWP Rumoured For 28th September 2025
Even though LEGO were revealing plenty of Christmas-themed sets earlier this week, the festive season is still a few months away, and we have the spooky months of autumn to experience first. And to coincide with this year's Autumnal season and Halloween celebrations, the LEGO Group will be releasing a brand new Gift With Purchase of 40772 Celebration Series: 3. Luminous Ghost. The third Celebration Series set of the year includes 167 pieces and will be available with any LEGO purchases over $120 starting from the 28th of September 2025. This means that this year's Halloween promotional item has the same threshold as last year's 40697 Light Up Jack-o’-Lantern and will also be available for just over a week until the 7th of October 2025. Even if the threshold and promotional dates aren't the same, the two Halloween GWPs share similar builds. Whilst 2024's 40697 recreated a Jack-o'-Lantern complete with a light brick, 40772 includes another scary creature, which once again includes a LEGO light brick. In particular, the 8+ model recreates a luminous Ghost, completely white apart from grey chains attached to its thin arms and obviously its shining red eyes and mouth from the light brick. The brick-built ghost sits on some transparent elements attached to a grey base to create a hovering effect. The grey base also includes a brick-built pumpkin along with a black bat. The black bat is attached to the back of the luminous ghost with further transparent elements. Furthermore, the bat's wings can be moved to create a flapping movement, and so can the transparent rod for further display and play. 40772 Celebration Series: 3. Luminous Ghost Set Name - Celebration Series: 3. Luminous Ghost Set Number - 40772 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 167 Availability - Free with LEGO purchases over $120 Promo Dates - 28th September - 7th October 2025 40772 Celebration Series: 3. - LEGO Family 41843 Family Christmas Tree Decoration Officially Revealed | October 2025
The festive reveals just keep on coming as alongside 10361 Holiday Express Train , the LEGO Group have also officially presented 41843 Family Christmas Tree Decoration. The latest LEGO Family set is the sixth and final LEGO Christmas-themed model releasing on the 1st of October 2025, but we can expect to see plenty of promotional items and GWPs even closer to the holiday season in the coming months... The officially revealed 9+ model is another very expensive set releasing this year with a total of 3,171 pieces retailing for $329.99 / €299.99 / £269.99. 41843 is easily the biggest brick-built Christmas Tree yet and is way, way larger than the most recent LEGO Christmas Tree of 2023's 40573 Christmas Tree. 2025's LEGO Family set instead obviously focuses on all members of the family taking part in the build, collecting new and expressive Minifigures and being able to customise the model in multiple ways. The brick-built Christmas Tree unsupririsnlgy has a thick, reddish brown wooden base where a tiny LEGO train can be found. The train is only microscale but does include a small microscale track and scenery to create a miniature brick-built world in the base of the large tree. Here we can also find two knobs which can be turned to make the mini train move and change the time on the kitchen clock found further on in the October 2025 build. The rest of the tree is unsurprisingly extremely detailed and packed full of colourful features and accurate brick-built representations. Plenty of large new LEGO leaf pieces in dark green are utilised, which have baubles coloured red and orange connected to them. The tree can then be opened up from multiple angles to reveal a playful and Minifigure-scale interior. It's basically like a family home in a Christmas tree, complete with a kitchen, Santa's workshop, a canteen, and a relaxation area that altogether expands across two levels. Besides the Family Christmas Tree itself, 41843 also includes a small sleigh and reindeer along with seven LEGO Minifigures . These include Santa Claus, Mrs Claus and five unique elves, each with their own theme. One elf with a knight helmet and a new festive shield, another with a green space helmet, an air tank and a space logo sweater. The other three include an elf with robotic arms, an elf with ski accessories and an elf with a cat sweater and love heart eyes. 41843 Family Christmas Tree Decoration Set Name - Family Christmas Tree Decoration Set Number - 41843 Age Range - 9+ Piece Count - 3,171 Price - $329.99 / €299.99 / £269.99 Release Date - 1st October 2025 41843 Family Christmas Tree Decoration releases on the 1st of October 2025, but what do you think? - LEGO Family 41843 Family Christmas Tree Rumoured For October 2025
While the LEGO Group have been busy revealing plenty of Christmas-based builds, including the likes of 40806 Gingerbread AT-AT Walker , another set is now rumoured to be joining this year's festive celebrations. In particular, the latest LEGO Family set is rumoured to be releasing on the 1st of October 2025, which, according to Instagram user lego_minecraft_goat , is 41843 Family Christmas Tree. The 7+ model is another very expensive set releasing this year with a total of 3,171 pieces retailing for $299.99 / €299.99 / £279.99. 41843 is easily the biggest brick-built Christmas Tree yet and is way, way larger than the most recent LEGO Christmas Tree of 2023's 40573 Christmas Tree. 2025's LEGO Family set instead obviously focuses on all members of the family taking part in the build, collecting new and expressive Minifigures and being able to customise the model in multiple ways. The brick-built Christmas Tree unsupririsnlgy has a thick, brown wooden base where a tiny LEGO train can be found. The exact size of the train, and whether it's microscale or Minifigure scale, for example, is unknown, but it will not be motorised or be anywhere as detailed as this year's LEGO Winter Village model of 10361 Winter Village: Winter Express Train . The rest of the tree is unsurprisingly extremely detailed with the branches and needles of the festive plant using a variety of techniques and colours to bring a bit of realism to the 7+ model. In this section, the tree can be opened up from multiple angles to reveal a playful and Minifigure-scale interior. It's basically like a family home in a Christmas tree, complete with a kitchen, living room and bedroom that looks to expand across two levels. Besides the Family Christmas Tree itself, 41843 also includes a small sleigh and reindeer along with seven LEGO Minifigures . These include Santa Claus, Mrs Claus and five unique elves, each with their own theme. One elf with a knight helmet and a new shield, another with a green space helmet, an air tank and a space logo sweater. The other three include an elf with four arms, a female elf with ski accessories and an elf with a cat sweater. 41843 Family Christmas Tree Set Name - Family Christmas Tree Set Number - 41843 Age Range - 7+ Piece Count - 3,171 Price - $299.99 / €299.99 / £279.99 Release Date - 1st October 2025 41843 Family Christmas Tree releases on the 1st of October 2025, but what do you think? - LEGO Icons 10361 Winter Village: Winter Express Train Rumoured For October 2025
With it being just under 10 years since our last Winter Village locomotive, the LEGO Group are releasing a brand new festive-themed LEGO train as 2025's LEGO Icons Winter Village model. In particular, this year's LEGO Winter Village set is 10361 Winter Village: Winter Express Train, which once again releases at the start of October. However, the Christmas build that awaits includes 956 pieces but retails for a much higher price than previous years at $129.99 / €TBC / £TBC. That $130 price tag is a 30% increase and a significant jump from the consistent $99.99 pricing seen in all LEGO Winter Village sets since 2018's 10263 Winter Village Fire Station. This even includes both 10325 Alpine Lodge and 10339 Santa's Post Office , which included 1,517 and 1,440 pieces, respectively. This price increase suggests that not only will the Winter Express Train include a range of LEGO track pieces alongside the main build of the locomotive, but also possibly LEGO Powered Up elements and controls to operate a fully functional LEGO train. The Winter Village Winter Express Train itself, however, will likely be a charming, nostalgic steam locomotive, somewhat similar to 2016's 10254 Winter Holiday Train but more detailed and larger in size. We can expect a classic steam engine in Christmas-themed green and red with further gold detailing alongside a coal tender and two festive passenger carriages adorned with wreaths, garlands, and snowy roof elements, for example. Whilst 10254 Winter Holiday Train focused more on delivering a large Christmas tree and presents via railroad, 2025's 10361 is more likely to give our ever-festive Minifigures a ride through the winter snow. The last two LEGO Winter Village models have included five LEGO Minifigures , and we can expect the same amount again, including the likes of a locomotive driver, a ticket collector and plenty of passengers, both young and old. 10361 Winter Village: Winter Express Train Set Name - Winter Village: Winter Express Train Set Number - 10361 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 956 Price - $129.99 / €TBC / £TBC Release Date - 1st October 2025 10361 Winter Village: Winter Express Train releases on the 1st of October 2025, but what do you think? Will you be purchasing 10361 in a few weeks time? Do you already own 2016's 10254 Winter Holiday Train? What are you looking forward to most about this festive LEGO train? Will the 18+ model be worth that 30% price increase? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.
- LEGO Speed Champions Rumoured January 2026 Sets
The LEGO Speed Champions theme has had a busy year, with March alone featuring the release of a total of 10 Formula 1-inspired sets. In 2026, however, the theme will move away from F1 and return to its usual mix of branded cars along with even more movie cars. And this time, it's not just movie cars based on Fast & Furious, like last year's 77241 2 Fast 2 Furious Honda S2000 , but two brand-new franchises to the theme... 77252 TBC LEGO Speed Champions The first entry on this list is, unfortunately, the most mysterious, with the only information known so far being that the set number 77252 will be released on the 1st of January 2026. Interestingly, however, this mysterious set is branded as a 10+ model, unlike the other five sets, which are all aimed at builders aged 9 and older. The iconic racing character has already appeared in brick-built LEGO form before, particularly with 2011's 8484 Ultimate Build Lightning McQueen. That build was 10 studs wide, a lot less sleek in design and didn't get the proportions exactly right, so expect a much more detailed and updated build in 2026. - LEGO Halloween Set 40697 Light Up Jack-o’-Lantern GWP Officially Revealed | 1st October 2024
As we get ever closer to the end of September we also get ever closer to a brand new month - the spookiest month of all 12, October. The latest Halloween set available for 2024s Halloween is a brand new spooky Gift With Purchase of 40697 Light Up Jack-o’-Lantern. The LEGO Creator branded GWP launches on the 1st of October 2024 and will most likely last for around two weeks in stores and online for any purchases over a rumoured $120 threshold. For many brick builders, 40697 Light Up Jack-o’-Lantern will seem like many LEGO Halloween GWPs from previous years but in fact, 40697 includes a light brick - a highly valued piece in any LEGO set but particularly a promotional item such as this one. The light brick will be included inside the brick-built orange pumpkin which has to be one of the most detailed and beautifully built LEGO pumpkins to date. The orange pumpkin complete with spooky and sinister eyes, mouth and nose sits on a patch of green grass. The grass isn't very detailed and is mainly made up of a couple of small plates. However, to the model's left sits some autumnal-coloured leaves alongside a simple yet terrifying brick-built white ghost. He, like the pumpkin, includes a sinister-looking face even though it's created using only a couple of simple pieces. Another great element of the set, along with our first-ever light-up LEGO pumpkin, is the ability to customize both the pumpkin and the ghost. The carved sinister face of the pumpkin can be easily swapped out for another, more friendly and less spooky-looking, brick-built face. The ghost can also be given a more friendly face simply by moving its single mouthpiece by 180 degrees. 40697 Light Up Jack-o’-Lantern GWP Set Name - Light Up Jack-o’-Lantern GWP Set Number - 40697 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 254 Price - GWP over $120 Release Date - 1st October 2024 40697 Light Up Jack-o’-Lantern GWP releases on the 1st of October 2024 but what do you think? - LEGO Star Wars 40771 TIE Fighter GWP Rumoured For 1st October 2025
Whilst recent rumours regarding 75419 UCS Death Star have taken on an interesting twist with only a half sphere build now included in the latest LEGO Star Wars UCS set, the 18+ set will, regardless, be getting an exclusive GWP. This promotional item, in particular, is 40771 TIE Fighter, which is available starting from the 1st of October 2025, but only with purchases of the $1,000 brick-built Death Star. With only 236 pieces included, 40771 will be one of our smallest LEGO TIE Fighters yet, almost 200 pieces fewer than 2021's 75300 Imperial TIE Fighter, yet still larger than the Microfighter interpretation of the Galactic Empire starfighter. This suggests the promotional item, similar to previous LEGO Star Wars GWPs, has nothing to do with the build or scale of 75419 UCS Death Star . Instead, 40771 is likely a micro- or midi-scale rendition of the iconic Imperial TIE Fighter, following on from previous LEGO Star Wars mid-scale ships we've seen in 2025. These models emphasise display over play, recreating some of the ship's most iconic features in a more compact form. What is confirmed, regardless of the build and scale of the TIE Fighter, is the inclusion of three Minifigures. Whilst we don't know who these figures are, they are likely to be the most desirable part of the GWP for the upcoming $1,000 UCS model. 40771 TIE Fighter Set Name - TIE Fighter Set Number - 40771 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 236 Price - GWP of 75419 UCS Death Star Release Date - 1st October 2025 40771 TIE Fighter is available from the 1st of October with purchases of 75419 UCS Death Star , but what do you think?
