April isn't known as a major release window for the LEGO Group, but this month does include a strong lineup of sets, heavily led by LEGO Star Wars and a range of 18+ branded models. A Star Wars set even kicks off this month's promotional lineup with 40765 Kamino Training Facility being available now, ahead of the theme's big push at the start of next month with the arrival of 40917 The Darksaber for Star Wars Day 2026.
A total of seven LEGO Star Wars sets are releasing this month, the first on the 1st of April 2026, followed by the other six on the 26th of April. Most of these sets are heavily influenced by the upcoming theatrical release of The Mandalorian & Grogu in May. 75447 The Razor Crest and 75446 Grogu (Mandalorian Apprentice) are particular highlights, recreating a classic Mandalorian ship alongside the latest and arguably most accurate brick-built version of Grogu.
This month's 18+ sets are perfect for fans of Tintin, aviation enthusiasts, and builders looking for the next Super Mario-inspired display set. 21367 Tintin Moon Rocket, 11378 Douglas DC-3 PAN AM Airliner and 72050 Mario Kart - Luigi & Mach 8 are all available to preorder now ahead of their release at the start of April. You will also be able to pick up 40878 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Figures, which sees the return of the Ninja Turtles franchise in brick-built LEGO form.
While the lineup of brand-new sets is extensive, April's promotional offerings bring additional value with exclusive Gift With Purchase sets tied to specific themes and spending thresholds. If you're planning a LEGO haul this month, there's plenty to consider, especially when it comes to GWP sets. From LEGO Star Wars tie-ins to seasonal Easter builds, April offers a focused selection of promotional models to help you make the most of your spend.
