The LEGO Group's subtheme of brick-built postcards returns in 2026, as from the pizza and pasta of Italy, we're heading to another iconic European country: Germany. In particular, the entirely brick-built LEGO microscale interpretation of some of Germany's most iconic landmarks will be releasing under set 40954 Germany Postcard. The 9+ model will follow the traditional LEGO Creator Postcard format last seen in 2025's 40818 Italy Postcard . This subtheme has become popular in recent years because of its affordability and small display footprint. The LEGO Group have even created an 18+ version of the LEGO Creator Postcard sets with the release of 21064 Paris - City of Love on the 1st of January 2026. This LEGO Architecture -branded set focused on some of Paris' most iconic landmarks in a complex and detailed 18+ build seen bursting out of a white frame suitable for display on a wall. The new 2026 LEGO Editions theme has delivered some incredible collector builds for fans of Football and the upcoming 2026 World Cup in Canada, Mexico and the USA. As the official trailer for Toy Story 5 dropped just yesterday, the LEGO Group are expected to be one of many toy companies producing merchandise ahead of the fifth and possibly final Toy Story film. In particular, the LEGO Disney theme will be releasing a brand new 18+ model with 43301 Toy Story Slinky Dog Book Nook. Releasing on the 1st of April 2026, 43301 includes a total of 1,311 pieces retailing for $149.99 / €149.99 / £129.99. Our second LEGO Disney adult-oriented set, following on from next month's 43300 Winnie The Pooh , returns to the LEGO Book Nook subtheme, which first began last summer with the release of 10351 Sherlock Holmes: Book Nook and 10367 The Lord of the Rings: Balrog Book Nook . This time, however, rather than an iconic location or battle scene, we're getting a large brick-built version of Slinky Dog to be placed between books on a shelf. Even though current rumours suggest that the set is a Book Nook, 43301 will more likely be built as a functional bookend that can be placed at the end of a row of books to keep them upright, similar to September 2025's 75691 Glinda & Elphaba Bookends . Given Slinky's unique flexible spring design, it's highly likely the set will be split into two halves - his front and back - with his spring body 'stretching' across your book collection. The front end will feature Slinky's head, front paws and a portion of this spring. A brick-built, detailed face belonging to the loveable toy will appear with a highly expressive facial expression, portraying the character perfectly. The rest of Slinky's spring is found at the back of the bookend/book nook, along with his hindquarters and wagging tail. The sections can either be connected to create more of a book nook structure or placed at either end of a bookshelf, creating an optical illusion that Slinky's body is stretching through the books. The base that the brick-built Slinky Dog is placed on is another talking point of the build. With the set replicating a book nook of a large brick-built character, the base won't be the focal point of 43301, but may still include various brick-built details and Easter eggs. For example, we may see references to Andy's Room or oversized alphabet blocks and board game pieces to establish a brick-built toy scale. What has been confirmed, however, is that two LEGO Minifigures will be included in 43301 Toy Story Slinky Dog Book Nook. These are Woody, who will likely be the exact same as his most recent appearance in 40774 Classic Animation Scenes GWP and our first ever Minifigure scale version of Slinky Dog. On the 1st of March 2026, the LEGO Disney theme will be releasing a diverse range of sets and licenses from Winnie the Pooh and The Nightmare Before Christmas to UP and now Moana. The popular Disney Princess franchise will be launching a live-action remake of the original 2016 film this summer, and what better way to celebrate than by launching some brand-new LEGO Moana sets, including the focus of today's article: 43292 Pua the Pig. However, as we draw closer to the cultural and religious holiday, the Danish toy manufacturer is preparing to launch its annual Easter Gift With Purchase . This year's LEGO Easter promotional set is 40890 Easter Decorations, which is available from the 17th to the 26th of March 2026 for a currently unknown threshold. The 7+ model and its 312 pieces feature six charming Easter-inspired mini-builds perfect for a holiday display. The 10+ model, however, unlike 40881 Supply Llama & Fishstick Figures , will only be available in the LEGO Insiders rewards centre by redeeming 2,500 LEGO Insiders points with your brick-filled fun purchase. 288 pieces are included in 40910 to recreate the popular Fortnite in-game outfits of Beef Boss and Skye as LEGO BrickHeadz . Serving as the mascot for the Durrr Burger restaurant, Beef Boss has his entire head built as a brick-built burger, with two round eyes sticking out of the top bun and a long purple tongue appearing between the bun and a layer of red tomato ketchup. Meanwhile, the Skye LEGO BrickHeadz figure follows the more conventional format to recreate the former agent of GHOST in this blocky brick-built format. She obviously includes her well-known shapeshifting creature, Ollie, as her hat with a cute printed expression. 2026 is here for the LEGO Architecture  theme as the LEGO Group has officially revealed the first of four sets expected from the theme next year. In particular, the entirely 18+ line of brick-built models is returning to the beautiful and culture-packed streets of France with 21064 Paris - City of Love. Releasing on the 1st of January 2026, 21064 includes a total of 958 pieces retailing for $79.99 / €79.99 / £69.99. The build of 21064 Paris - City of Love is somewhat similar to the familiar LEGO Architecture  Skyline sets, which already includes a model based on the French Capital of 21044 Paris. The 12+ model retires at the end of this year and includes over 300 fewer pieces than the upcoming 2026 set. This is because 21064 captures not just the iconic buildings and architecture of the French capital but also the overall feel and culture as a blend between LEGO Art and LEGO Architecture . At the centre of the set, the Eiffel Tower takes centre stage, bursting out of the white frame surrounding the brick-built Paris scene. The LEGO Botanicals is having a very busy start to 2026 with sets releasing in January, February and March, a new Gift With Purchase expected next month and now a LEGO Botanicals -branded LEGO Insiders reward. In particular, this reward, accessible via LEGO shop@home is 6615075 Dragonfly Garden. The 10+ model includes a total of 154 pieces and is available from the 15th of January 2026 by redeeming 2,000 LEGO Insiders points. The set itself isn't very big, but makes the perfect desk display model. Coming out of the black base, we can find numerous plants and vegetation, with many of these plants in the early stages of growth. However, a fully grown plant is this beautiful purple flower with two green leaves around its stem. Pokémon Day is this Friday, and that means we are just days away from the first-ever Pokémon-branded LEGO sets. The LEGO Pokémon theme will debut with just three sets, all rated 18+ and all recreating some of the most iconic Pokémon in brick-built form. But those three models aren't the only sets for 2026, as, along with various Pokémon-themed Gift With Purchases, almost 20 sets are expected to be released in the summer for the licensed theme. Apart from another adult-oriented 18+ model for the gaming theme, the Summer wave is made up of LEGO Pokémon playsets for younger builders. Many of these models make use of the brand-new LEGO SMART Play technology, which debuts next month with the LEGO Star Wars theme. LEGO's ever-popular LEGO Ideas theme continues to deliver unique licensed sets, and this September, the 18+ theme is taking fans deep into one of the most imaginative worlds ever created. In particular, LEGO has officially revealed 21360 Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, a colourful brick-built tribute to Roald Dahl’s classic story and its much-loved 1971 film adaptation. Set 21360 Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory will release on the 15th of September 2025, including 2,025 pieces retailing for $219.99 / €219.99  / £199.99. The original project by 2PPL was only confirmed as an official set last summer, but the LEGO Ideas  team have been very busy in recent months. The 68th branded LEGO Ideas  set, and the seventh of 2025, is the first of hopefully many future LEGO sets paying tribute to the famous children's author. At the heart of the build is the Chocolate Room, recreated in dazzling LEGO detail. The centrepiece is a flowing chocolate waterfall and river, surrounded by a landscape of candy-themed creations that capture the dreamlike atmosphere of Wonka’s factory. Oversized mushrooms, lollipop-style trees, and sugary terrain all help bring the fantastical scene to life. A colourful brick-built bridge stretches across the chocolate river, giving the LEGO Minifigures the perfect vantage point to admire the view. The melted chocolate waterfall, just like the original submission, is fully operational with a dial at the back setting the brick-built waterfall into motion. There's also a secret door allowing access to Willy Wonka's office alongside the Oompa Loompas' work area. The exclusive Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Minifigures included in 21360 can also take in the colourful, chocolatey scenery by taking the famous Wonkatania boat, which is included as a side build and fits perfectly on the LEGO version of the chocolate river. Talking about Minifigures, a total of 9 characters are included in the final design - one more than the original submission. These include Charlie Bucket, Grandpa Bucket, Willy Wonka, Augustus Gloop, Veruca Salt, Violet Beauregarde, Mike Teevee, and two Oompa-Loompas. Following on from the superhero-heavy 71050 Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Series launching next month, the next LEGO Minifigure series is set to return to LEGO's quirky roots with a full lineup of twelve animal-themed costume characters. In particular, this will be 71051 CMF Series 28: Animals, which releases on the 1st of January 2026 for the usual price of $4.99 / €3.99 / £3.49. Series 28 will follow on from the likes of 71010 Series 14: Monsters and 71046 Series 26: Space , with a numbered series based around a specific theme. This time, our first LEGO Minifigure series of 2026 will be centred entirely on costume-style figures, building on the popularity of past single-character suits such as Pterodactyl Costume Fan and Hamster Costume Fan, which both appeared in 71048 Series 27 . Rumoured Minifigure Lineup Here’s a breakdown of the twelve rumoured figures said to make up CMF Series 28: Animals: Peacock Costume Fan - One of the most vibrant costumes in this series, the Peacock Costume Fan will likely feature a bold and colourful peacock tail piece, similar to the piece used for the Turkey Costume in 71034 Series 23 . A small flower build will also be included as an accessory. White Cat Costume Fan - A feline-inspired figure, but this time with an entirely white cat head piece, torso and tail, along with a ball of pink coloured yarn. Fish Costume Fan - There's something a bit fishy about this figure, but we can expect another humorous and unique character accompanied by a box of fish food. Monkey Costume Fan - Somewhat a throwback to the Gorilla Suit Guy in Series 3, this time we'll see a LEGO Minifigure dressed entirely as a brown monkey. The figure will likely include a brand-new monkey headpiece, along with a tail, and, unsurprisingly, a banana. Frog Costume Fan - Featuring a fun and very unique frog headpiece along with a bubble blower as an accessory. Hopefully, this character also includes a LEGO lilypad as a stand rather than the usual black display stands. Koala Costume Fan - A nod to Australia, this figure features a brand-new koala headpiece and comes with two accessories: a leafy branch piece and a boomerang. Dalmatian Costume Fan - The LEGO Disney theme have released a few 101 Dalmatian themed sets in 2025, and in 2026, we'll be getting a Minifigure dressed up as an adorable spotted dog. The figure will likely utilise the dog head piece from Series 21's Pug Costume Guy, along with an accessory of a blue frisbee. Crocodile Costume Fan - Another animal often found down under is a crocodile, which will also be translated into a LEGO Minifigure in January 2026. This character will include a very unique head piece, a long textured tail and two accessories of a rubber duck and a lifebuoy. Dolphin Costume Fan - The Dolphin Costume Fan will likely follow a similar style to Shark Suit Guy from Series 15, with the figure using a brand new moulded head piece that stretches along the back of the character. A clam shell is confirmed as the Minifigure's accessory. Bunny Costume Fan - Plenty of LEGO Minifigures dressed as bunnies have appeared in the past, so it'll be interesting to see how LEGO differentiates them all with Series 28's version. Either way, Bunny Costume Fan will likely utilise the standard rabbit/bunny headpiece and include an Easter themed accessory of an Easter egg and basket. Lion Costume Fan - The closest we've gotten to a LEGO Minifigure dressed as a lion is the Cowardly Lion, which featured in the LEGO Movie 2 series. This version, releasing in 2026, will likely utilise the same head mould but will overall be in more standard lion colours of yellow/red/dark brown. A single accessory of a chicken leg piece will also be included. Parrot Costume Fan - Last but not least, we have another very colourful and unique Minifigure of the Parrot Costume Fan.
