As the title of this article suggests, the 12+ model is only available from LEGOLAND park shops and parks which have online stores. Here, it's 613 pieces will retail for $54.99 / €54.99 / £49.99 with a currently unconfirmed release date, mainly due to the seasonal closure of specific LEGOLANDs around the world.

40952 LEGOLAND Castle recreates an iconic location of every LEGOLAND park: the Castle. This brick-built medieval fortress comes in a stone grey colour scheme and includes details such as two turrets, a spire and a dragon rollercoaster. The castle can be opened up to reveal further microscale details, including a medieval-inspired market. Even though 40952 is a microscale build, two LEGO Minifigures are included with a range of accessories include a shield, sword, helmet, frog and wizard hat.
