LEGO Super Mario 71432 Dorrie's Sunken Shipwreck Adventure Expansion Set Officially Revealed

That's right, we finally have official images of the biggest and most expensive LEGO Super Mario set releasing on 1st January 2024. In particular, this is 71432 Dorrie's Sunken Shipwreck Adventure Expansion Set, further expanding the marine and sea life LEGO Super Mario sets. It may be the most expensive LEGO Super Mario set releasing in just over a months time but it will only cost $44.99 with 500 pieces.

The set itself is unsurprisingly a brick-built shipwreck for Mario, Luigi and Peach to explore with plenty of seaweed and beach, sea and shipwreck tiles to explore. The main play feature of the set is directly in the middle of the broken ship. Here you can spin the platform to uncover the Key Block hidden in the clamshell and open the treasure chest to get the gem. A Question Mark Block is also included to further help LEGO Mario.

And for a $44.99 set we also have four brick-built LEGO Super Mario characters. These include returning ones of a rideable Dorrie, a Cheep Cheep and a Blooper. The fourth and final character is exclusive to this set of a Cheep Chomp which is a lovely purple. Its interactive tile is located inside its wide open mouth creating a brand new challenge for LEGO Mario.
