10470 3-in-1 Modern Family House with Figures

We start off with the largest set releasing on the 1st of January 2026 for LEGO DUPLO: 10470 3-in-1 Modern Family House with Figures. With 166 pieces, a large house is included featuring walls, windows, doors and roof elements which can then be rearranged into three different modern house layouts. Several family members are represented as LEGO DUPLO figures in the 2+ model, which retails for $79.99 / €79.99 / £69.99.

The rest of the 28 pieces will be used on a DUPLO firefighter figure, a squirrel and a couple of fire elements to put out.
