  • First LEGO Disney Set Rumours For 2025 | Cruella and Maleficent, Buildable Hei Hei, Lilo & Stitch + More

The LEGO 2025 rumour mill has been extremely slow so far but as each day we edge ever closer to a brand new year, more and more rumours are appearing. One of the LEGO themes that's had an extremely busy couple of years has been the LEGO Disney line of sets. The licensed theme has released a range of models over the past 24 months celebrating 100 years of the Walt Disney franchise. This year we've seen the theme-produce sets based on the likes of Sleeping Beauty, Moana, Maleficient, The Little Mermaid and much more. We even saw sets based on The Lion King and Lilo & Stitch of 43243 Simba The Lion King Cub and 43249 Stitch respectively. A couple of 18+ D2Cs were also released for theme amongst the usual playsets and we expect that trend to continue into the new year. First rumours for the theme in 2025 suggest that a total of eight sets will be launching at the start of the new year on the 1st of January 2025. No set numbers, official names or piece counts are known but the Instagram user exabrickslegogo_ has given us a rough list of what to expect from the theme in a few months time along with an estimated price: Cinderella Dress ($39.99). An original idea from LEGO themselves, this set suggests either a brick-built dress for the princess Cinderella or a stand to place the princess on along with other iconic details from the original 1950 film. Cruella and Maleficent Dresses ($69.99). A very similar set to the previous one but this time focusing on Disney villains rather than Disney princesses. The model includes both Cruella, originally from 101 Dalmations, and Maleficent who again originally just featured in Sleeping Beaty both her spin-off films in recent years. Twirling Ariel ($9.99). Not much to be said here as we can expect 43214 Twirling Rapunzel again but this time The Little Mermaid themed with a minidoll of Ariel included. Buildable Hei Hei ($39.99). With Moana 2 coming out in November this year LEGO seems to be slowly rolling out more sets based on the original 2016 movie. This latest set sees a brick-built version of Hei Hei the Rooster who unintentionally joins Moana on her journey across the ocean. Mini Encanto House ($19.99). A brick-built version of the house from Encanto is already on shelves of 43245 The Magical Madrigal House. This suggests this rumoured model is either a microscale version of the house or some other house from the 2021 movie which will be recreated in brick-built LEGO form. 4+ Frozen Sleigh Ride. The only set on this list without a price but we do know it is a 4+ model so won't include many pieces for its retail value. Expect an easy-to-build sleigh based on one of the two Frozen films along with a small side build and a couple of minidolls. Arendelle Castle ($29.99). Another Frozen-based set and this time it focuses on the central location of the Disney princess films, Arendelle. In particular, for the first time, we'll see a brick-built recreation of the Arendelle Castle. It won't be very large so we expect a very small interior only vaguely covering the key scenes in the original 2013 film. Cinderella Castle ($79.99). Our second castle of the January 2025 wave will reportedly be the most iconic of them all, Cinderella's. The original 1950 princess castle has appeared in brick-built form many times before, both with Minifigures and minidolls. The latest version looks to be reasonably sized and includes a fair amount of Cinderella-themed minidolls. Lilo & Stitch House ($89.99). The most exciting set on this list comes last as we expect another Lilo & Stitch-themed set in 2025 and it looks to finally be Minifigure-based. A brick-built recreation of Lilo's house will take place and we expect both her, Stitch and possibly her sister Nani to be included as exclusive Minifigures. That's all the very vague rumours we have for the LEGO Disney theme in 2025 but what do you think? Do you like the sound of any of these sets? Which ones excite you the most? What sets do you want to see in the themes Summer 2025 wave? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments down below.

  • First LEGO Creator 3in1 Set Rumours For 2025 | Typewriter, Dragon, Race Plane, Space Robot + More

The LEGO 2025 rumour mill has been extremely slow so far but as each day we edge ever closer to a brand new year, more and more rumours are appearing. One of the many staple LEGO themes in the toy company's portfolio is LEGO Creator 3in1. The unlicensed theme is very unique where by each set not only includes the build advertised on the front of the box but two more builds using the exact same pieces. This year we've seen the theme produce a range of vehicles, brick-built objects such as watering cans and retro cameras, a couple of Minifigure scale models and finally extremely colourful brick-built animals like Peacocks and Giraffes. The theme very much goes above and beyond on the creativity side, and the detailed side to an extent, as it acts as the perfect theme to expand kids' imaginations. First rumours for the theme in 2025 suggest that a total of eight sets will be launching at the start of the new year on the 1st of January 2025. No set numbers, official names, piece counts or prices are known but the Instagram user exabrickslegogo_ has given us a rough list of what to expect from the theme in a few months time: A pink typewriter. It is much smaller and more affordable than the LEGO Ideas version of the 21327 Typewriter. The brick-built typewriter also comes with some flowers, similar to this year's 31156 Tropical Ukelele. A green dragon. We've recently had a dragon from the LEGO Creator 3in1 of 31145 Red Dragon. Expect this one to be bigger and less cartoon-like than 31145 which had large eyes and a mix of red, blue and yellow to create its fun character and build. A race plane. Plenty of planes have been seen in the LEGO Creator 3in1 theme before but this one will focus entirely on the racing aspect. Expect a mean and fast look along with a cool paint job. A space robot with a balloon. This set sounds like the most creative and original of the bunch with a space-themed robot. Space and robots will create endless possibilities so it'll be interesting to see how the LEGO designers have created this set. The balloon however remains a mystery and we wouldn't be surprised if this is some misinformation. Cat, rabbit, flamingo, panda. All of these animals are rumoured to be coming in January 2025's LEGO Creator 3in1 wave but we aren't sure exactly how. They may all have their own set, be included as alternative builds in a couple of sets, or all be included in an ultimate LEGO animals Creator 3in1 model. That's all the very vague rumours we have for the LEGO Creator 3in1 theme in 2025 but what do you think? Do you like the sound of any of these sets? Which ones excite you the most? What sets do you want to see in the themes Summer 2025 wave? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments down below.

  • LEGO BrickHeadz 40793 Tom & Jerry Rumoured For January 2025

Sonic, Marvel, DC, Lord of the Rings, Fortnite and Wednesday have all been licenses that have appeared in LEGO BrickHeadz form throughout 2024 but next year we'll be seeing another new license in the LEGO BrickHeadz line of sets. In particular, this is the American animated series of Tom & Jerry which many of us grew up with throughout our childhood. On the 1st of January 2025, we'll see the two main characters of Tom and Jerry captured in brick-built LEGO form for the first time as LEGO BrickHeadz under the set number 40793. The 10+ model will see Tom, the grey-coloured cat, and Jerry, the brown mouse which Tom hilariously fails to capture in every short animated episode. Due to Jerry being smaller than Tom, 40793 may retail for $14.99 rather than the double-pack LEGO BrickHeadz price of $19.99. The piece count is currently unknown but 40793 Tom & Jerry is one of four LEGO BrickHeadz sets confirmed for 2025 along with the set numbers 40834, 40835 and 40836 which all release a couple of months after on the 1st of March 2025. 40793 Tom & Jerry Set Name - Tom & Jerry Set Number - 40793 Age Range - 10+ Piece Count - TBC Price - $TBC / €TBC / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 40793 Tom & Jerry releases on the 1st of January 2025 but what do you think? Will you be purchasing 40793 at the start of the new year? What other LEGO Tom & Jerry sets would you like to see? And what other LEGO BrickHeadz characters would you like to see in 2025 and beyond? • LEGO Minecraft Rumoured January 2025 Sets | Nether Portal, Village, Baby Pig House, Mushroom House + More

2024 was an extremely busy year for the LEGO Minecraft theme as not only did the Danes celebrate 15 years of the videogame, but also 10 years of the brick-built LEGO Minecraft theme. This meant we got our first LEGO Minecraft D2C of 21265 The Crafting Table followed by an exclusive celebratory set of 21281 Baby Pig's Birthday Celebration which releases in less than a months time on the 1st of October 2024. But attention now turns to 2025 as, according to Instagram user lego_minecraft_goat, a total of five brand new sets will be releasing for the theme on the 1st of January 2025. These five models will then be reportedly followed by another 11 sets for the year which will likely be spread across March, June or even August. The January 2025 releases cover the set numbers 21266 to 21270 and all retail for a price below $40. 21266 Nether Portal Battle Our first set of the wave is the smallest of 21266 Nether Portal Battle which includes 99 pieces for $9.99. Unsurprisingly, we expect a small battle between either Steve or Alex and a mob from inside the Nether such as a Piglin. This will be set in the background of the Nether which will most likely also include the Nether Portal itself in either a fully functioning form or somewhat broken form and therefore needs to be repaired within the set itself. Set Name - Nether Portal Battle Set Number - 21266 Age Range - 6+ Piece Count - 99 Price - $9.99 / €9.99 / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 21267 The Village Visit 21267 The Village Visit retails for $14.99 with only 105 pieces suggesting a battle pack like LEGO Minecraft set. The name suggests it will be village-based so we could see a range of Villages included from Blacksmiths to Farmers. As 21267 only includes 105 pieces, we don't expect a large build or backdrop and only a section of a villager's house may be included along with a cat for example. Set Name - The Village Visit Set Number - 21267 Age Range - 7+ Piece Count - 105 Price - $14.99 / €14.99 / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 21268 Baby Pig House Mobs as brick-built houses have always been a tradition in the LEGO Minecraft theme and in January we'll see a Baby Pig as a brick-built blocky house. 21268 Baby Pig House will likely be a smaller version of the now-retired 21170 The Pig House but of course, based on a baby pig rather than an adult pig. A baby pig will obviously be included in the $20 set along with a new skin. Set Name - Baby Pig House Set Number - 21268 Age Range - 7+ Piece Count - 238 Price - $19.99 / €19.99 / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 21269 Mine Adventure Another stereotypical LEGO Minecraft set is 21269 Mine Adventure which takes place in the lover depths of your Minecraft world. The 8+ model retails for $29.99 with 247 pieces capturing the dark and scary mining adventure which every player experiences in the videogame. The LEGO set will most likely include a new skin, a couple of mobs, plenty of mining equipment and a beautiful brick-built display of Minecraft's expanded cave system. Set Name - Mine Adventure Set Number - 21269 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 247 Price - $29.99 / €29.99 / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 21270 Mushroom House Last but not least we have the biggest set of the wave which only retails for $39.99 of 21270 Mushroom House. The January 2025 model has the best piece count of the five with exactly 500 pieces included. The set will likely be a larger version of 21179 The Mushroom House, including more elements of the Swamp update which weren't fully implemented when 21179 was released in 2022. Set Name - Mushroom House Set Number - 21270 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 500 Price - $39.99 / €39.99 / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 All five of these LEGO Minecraft sets release on the 1st of January 2025 but what do you think? Will you be purchasing any of these models in a few months time? What's your favourite and least favourite set of the wave? Are you hoping for another LEGO Minecraft D2C in 2025? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below.

  • LEGO Chinese New Year 2025 40707 Year Of The Snake GWP Rumoured For January 2025

A brand new year is still many months away but we already have our first rumours about LEGOs celebrations for one of the biggest events of the year. Chinese New Year is celebrated across the globe with rumours suggesting three brick-built models will be coming for 2025s celebrations. One of these is a brand new Gift With Purchase running throughout January 2025 of 40707 Year Of The Snake. The threshold however and the exact amount of time during the month of January is unknown, but similar to previous years 40707 will likely be available with any LEGO purchases. The Chinese New Year set may also be available from either the 26th or 27th of December 2024 in China and other certain countries in Asia. Also similar to last year's/this year's 40611 Year of the Dragon, the 174-piece set is a brick-built version of a colourful Chinese culture Snake for the Year of the Snake. LEGO have continued with this tradition for many years now and it has been extremely popular. The Snake, which we're guessing will most likely be a dark green colour, will include the usual printed 2x2 round tiles for the eyes along with a small environment build to be displayed on. 40707 Year Of The Snake GWP Set Name - Year Of The Snake GWP Set Number - 40707 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 174 Price - TBC GWP Release Date - January 2025 40707 Year Of The Snake GWP is our first confirmed Chinese New Year set for 2025 but what do you think? Will you be looking to pick up 40707 at the end of 2024/beginning of 2025? What other LEGO Chinese New Year sets do you hope LEGO releases for the Year of the Snake? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below.

  • LEGO Star Wars 40730 Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber GWP Rumoured For 3rd October 2024

We are now less than a month away from seeing the final LEGO Star Wars D2C of 2024: 75397 Jabba's Sail Barge. The 18+ model leaked as early as February 2023 with the infamous survey leak which hinted at many sets that have released throughout the year and made their way onto shelves. 75397 will be one of the last few and with it will come a brand new LEGO Star Wars GWP of 40730 Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber. As the name suggests, 40730 will be a brick recreation of Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber very similar to a previous promotional item 40483 Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber that released in 2021 alongside 75313 AT-AT. Three years later and we're getting another version of Luke's lightsaber as a GWP which will most likely instead be based on the weapon first used from Return of the Jedi onwards. Unlike his first one which he lost during his lightsaber battle with Darth Vader, the one Luke yields in Return of the Jedi onwards is green rather than blue. However, in this brick-built LEGO form, the colours of the lightsaber won't matter as LEGO will be capturing the actual sabre hilt and all its much smaller, specific details. Along with the actual lightsaber, 40730 will also include a black display stand and small namplate, 40730 Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber GWP Set Name - Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber GWP Set Number - 40730 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 145 Price - GWP of 75397 Release Date - 3rd October 2024 40730 Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber GWP releases alongside 75397 Jabba's Sail Barge on the 3rd of October 2024 but what do you think? • LEGO Icons 10391 Over the Moon with Pharrell Williams Officially Revealed | September 2024

2024 has been another action-packed year for the Danish toy company but with a couple of months still left, there are still plenty more sets that will soon hit shelves. One of these includes the long-rumoured LEGO Icons model of 10391. The 18+ set was previously scheduled to release in October 2023 or April 2024 but has continuously been pushed back and will now release on the 20th of September 2024 after the model's official reveal earlier today. First rumours of this LEGO Icons set suggested it would be the first model in a brand new subtheme for the 18+ LEGO theme. However, as we've known for a couple of months and the presentation today confirmed, 10391 is actually based on the upcoming LEGO movie about Pharrell Williams, Piece by Piece. The September 2024 model, entitled 10391 Over the Moon with Pharrell Williams, includes a total of 966 pieces retailing for $109.99  / €109.99 / £94.99. The set measures over 49 cm high, 20 cm deep and 19 cm wide with the main build being a large black spaceship with transparent yellow windows for the cockpit. With a large brick-built smoke cloud at the base, the spaceship is held up with colourful contrails of pink, blue, yellow and green. The model space shuttle also has an opening cockpit and comes with attachable landing gear. A black cube stand is also included as a side build which includes a 7x7 display of Minifigure headpieces. In total there are 49 different head pieces allowing you to create and customize your own LEGO spaceman Minifigure. Along with the many customizable LEGO Minifigure heads, Pharrell Williams and Helen Williams are also included as exclusive Minifigures in the $110 set. 10391 Over the Moon with Pharrell Williams Set Name - Over the Moon with Pharrell Williams Set Number - 10391 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 966 Price - $109.99  / €109.99 / £94.99 Release Date - 20th September 2024 10391 Over the Moon with Pharrell Williams releases on the 20th of September 2024 but what do you think? • LEGO Fortnite BrickHeadz 40728 Brite Bomber Rumoured For October 2024

With less than a month to go until the start of October, anticipation is building for the release of the first-ever physical LEGO Fortnite sets. The collaboration between Epic Games and LEGO has been in places for a substantial amount of time now but in a couple of weeks time four brand new LEGO Fortnite sets will be hitting shelves followed by more models based on the popular Battle Royale game in 2025. But the LEGO Fortnite theme isn't done just yet as Instagram user Fateful reports that the gaming theme will also see the release of a LEGO BrickHeadz model on the 1st of October 2024. In particular, this is 40728 Brite Bomber which comes with 151 pieces retailing for the usual price of $9.99 / €9.99 / £9.99. 40664 and 40665 were also rumoured to be LEGO Fortnite BrickHeadz sets but have sadly since been cancelled. As the name suggests, 40728 is a brick-built version of Brite Bomber - the pink-haired avatar who has long been the face of Fortnite and in that regard LEGO Fortnite too. Brite Bomber has already appeared as a LEGO Minifigure in the upcoming 77073 Battle Bus. She will likely appear in the same format in 40728 but as a much larger brick-built figure, possibly with a pickaxe accessory on the usual small black BrickHeadz stand. 40728 Brite Bomber Set Name - Brite Bomber Set Number - 40728 Age Range - 10+ Piece Count - 151 Price - $9.99 / €9.99 / £9.99 Release Date - 1st October 2024 40728 Brite Bomber releases on the 1st of October 2024 but what do you think? • LEGO DC 76328 Batman: The Classic TV Series Batmobile Officially Revealed | October 2024

The LEGO DC theme is back as LEGO have officially unveiled the superhero themes D2C for 2024. In particular, this is the previously rumoured 18+ mode of 76328 Batman: The Classic TV Series Batmobile. The set releases on the 1st of October 2024 with 1,822 pieces included for a retail price of $149.99 / €149.99 / £129.99. LEGO DC and LEGO Batman models based on the Classic TV series have appeared plenty of times before in brick-built LEGO form. The last of these was 76188 Batman Classic TV Series Batmobile which released back in 2021 for just $30. As you can tell from the official images, 2024s 76328 is much bigger with a total of 1,822 pieces used to create the Batmobile which comes with an 18+ display plaque and sadly just a singular Minifigure of Batman wearing his dark blue suit along with his dark blue rubber cape. The iconic vehicle of Adam West's Batman is recreated with plenty of details and beautiful building techniques. The 1,822 pieces recreate the nostalgic red and black colour scheme which really pops on the 18+ box art. Details such as the Batman logo, the tail fins and those in the interior of the car are recreated with stickers, while the logos on the rims use much better and less cheap-looking prints. The Batmobile from 1966 includes the already mentioned detailed cockpit that includes two brand-new windshield pieces. A rocket engine is located at the rear of the brick-built vehicle which also includes headlights, Bat-Ray projectors which are recreated with stickers and grilles from which gas can flow out of just like the original TV series. 76328 Batman: The Classic TV Series Batmobile Set Name - Batman: The Classic TV Series Batmobile Set Number - 76328 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 1,822 Price - $149.99 / €149.99 / £129.99 Release Date - 1st October 2024 76328 Batman: The Classic TV Series Batmobile releases on the 1st of October 2024 but what do you think? Will you be purchasing 76328 in just a months time? Whats been your favourite LEGO Batman set for 2024? And what are you hoping for from the LEGO DC theme in 2025? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.

  • September 2024 LEGO Promotional/GWP Set News: Everything We Know

September is here and with that we begin to see the end of Summer and the beginning of the autumnal weather. The 1st of September also marks Back to Hogwarts Day and, just like May the Fourth earlier in the year, LEGO will be going all out for the occasion with the release of a brand new D2C of 76437 The Burrow - Collectors' Edition and a total of three Harry Potter themed GWPs. Like previous months, the rest of September is very much a mystery but we are aware of a third brand new Gift With Purchase of the month. In particular, this is a promotional item under the LEGO Friends theme which has already had a very action-packed 2024 with reports also claiming that 2025 will be just as busy with a total of 19 sets releasing in the first half of next year. The LEGO Harry Potter theme kicks off September but another brand new GWP in the middle of the month and the possibility of a couple of returning promotional items make for an exciting 30 days but here's what we know so far for September 2024's full selection of GWPs: 30677 Draco In The Forbidden Forest Our first of three LEGO Harry Potter GWPs is available from today of 30677 Draco In The Forbidden Forest. The Wizarding World polybag was originally released alongside the first wave of LEGO Harry Potter sets for this year which released on the 1st of March 2024. But now LEGO is giving it away with any LEGO Harry Potter purchases over $40 between the 1st and 10th of September 2024. 30677 itself is basically a very small expansion to another LEGO Harry Potter set of 76432 Forbidden Forest: Magical Creatures which also released in March. The polybag includes a very small section of the forbidden forest with a mix of the colours blue, black and purple. An owl is also included along with a spider and of course a young Draco Minifigure. He includes his wand and a lantern which has lost its light. Set Name - Draco In The Forbidden Forest Set Number - 30677 Age Range - 6+ Piece Count - 33 Price - GWP over $40 Release Date - 1st to 10th September 2024 40695 Borgin and Burkes: Floo Network The main LEGO Harry Potter promo for 2024 is 40695 Borgin and Burkes: Floo Network. Just like 30677, it'll be available from the 1st to the 10th of September 2024 but for a much higher threshold of $130. Once again, this does apply to any LEGO Harry Potter purchases regardless if you buy the new D2C of 76437 The Burrow - Collectors' Edition or not. The Minifigure scale version of the inside of Borgin and Burkes focuses on a small section of the shops interior which includes a display of buyable items, such as the Hand of Glory, and a brick-built fireplace with a Floo Network function. A single Minifigure of Lucious Malfoy is also included in 40695. He comes with a cane and a box of dark objects as his accessories. Lucious can also be placed inside the Floo Network fireplace and then 'disappear' by turning the handle on top. Set Name - Borgin and Burkes: Floo Network Set Number - 40695 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 190 Price - GWP over $130 Release Date - 1st to 10th September 2024 5009008 Collectible Weasley Clock Our final LEGO Harry Potter GWP is the only non-brick-built one of 5009008 Collectible Weasley Clock. The plastic display model of the Weasley's Clock but with LEGO versions of the Burrow and the Weasley family will be exclusive to purchases of 76437 The Burrow - Collectors' Edition. Luckily, like the two previous GWPs, it will be available from today until the 10th of September 2024. Set Name - Collectible Weasley Clock Set Number - 5009008 Age Range - 6+ Piece Count - N/A Price - GWP of 76437 The Burrow - Collectors' Edition Release Date - 1st to 10th September 2024 40694 River Camping Adventure Our final confirmed promotional item for September 2024 is 40694 River Camping Adventure. The 6+ model belongs to the LEGO Friends theme which has no new sets launching for the rest of the year suggesting a fairly accessible and reasonable threshold once it becomes available from the 16th of September 2024. 40694 seems to be continuing with the 'Adventure Camp' themed sets that were released in the Summer for the unlicensed theme. The GWP features an orange tent rested against a tree with autumnal coloured leaves - perfect for the upcoming time of the year. Two minidolls are included along with a campfire, a small patch of water and plenty of camping accessories for the two figures and the moulded beaver. Set Name - River Camping Adventure Set Number - 40694 Age Range - 6+ Piece Count - 182 Price - TBC GWP Release Date - 16th September 2024 Breakdown of the September 2024 Promotional/GWP Sets Set Price Conditions Promotional Dates 30677 Draco In The Forbidden Forest $40+ on LEGO Harry Potter sets September 1st to 10th 40695 Borgin and Burkes: Floo Network $130+ on LEGO Harry Potter sets September 1st to 10th 5009008 Collectible Weasley Clock Purchase 76437 September 1st to 10th 40694 River Camping Adventure TBC September 16th to TBC So that concludes what we know so far about the promotional and gift-with-purchase sets for September 2024 but what do you think? How many of these GWPs will you be trying to pick up? Which one are you most excited for? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.

  • LEGO BrickHeadz 40750 Wednesday Addams Rumoured For October 2024

LEGO Animal Crossing, LEGO Fortnite, LEGO Wicked and now LEGO Wednesday - a total of four brand new themes have been introduced to the brick-building world of LEGO throughout 2024. The latter of the four, LEGO Wednesday, is the only theme we're still expecting official images from but in the meantime, we have reports of another set based on the popular Netflix series. In particular, this is under the LEGO BrickHeadz theme of 40750 Wednesday Addams. The blocky brick-built version of the daughter Wednesday Addams, played by Jenna Ortega, will retail for the usual price of $9.99 / €9.99 / £9.99 with a total of 239 pieces included. The third set releasing on the 1st of October based on the Wednesday Netflix series will likely include Wednesday in her uniform at Nevermore Academy, a boarding school for monstrous outsiders. • LEGO Icons Botanical Collection 10370 Poinsettia Officially Revealed | October 2024

2024 really has been the year for LEGO and flowers as two more LEGO Icons Botanical Collection sets have been officially revealed for a 1st of October 2024 release. The second of these is   10370 Poinsettia which recreates a brand new plant of the Poinsettia, originally from Mexico, in brick-built LEGO form. 10370 will retail for $49.99 / €49.99 / £44.99 with a total of 608 pieces included. The October 2024 model is a somewhat similar size to 10311 Orchid which includes the exact same piece count for that $50 price tag. However, the Poinsettia is a very different plant best known for its striking red leaves, although they can also be pink, white, or even yellow. Interestingly, these colourful parts aren't actually flowers—they're called "bracts," which are a type of leaf with the actual small yellow flowers being in the centre of the leaf. Just like 10340 Holly Wreath which also releases on the 1st of October 2024, 10370 Poinsettia has a vague winter and Christmas theme. The plant is often used as decoration during this festive time even though it prefers warmer environments and plenty of sunlight. Its striking bright colour scheme however means the plant is perfect to display all year round and this has definitely been the case with the LEGO version. The Poinsettia plant is nestled in a brick-built tan pot which is meant to represent a woven basket flowerpot. 10370 features 5 clusters of vibrant red leaves (bracts) with bright yellow cyathia at the centre. This looks even more colourful when its surrounded by some large, dark green leaves that complete the realistic look of the $50 18+ model. 10370 Poinsettia Set Name - Poinsettia Set Number - 10370 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 608 Price - $49.99 / €49.99 / £44.99 Release Date - 1st October 2024 10370 Poinsettia releases on the 1st of October 2024 but what do you think? Will you be purchasing 10370 in a months time? What's been your favourite and least favourite LEGO Botanical Collection set of 2024? What will the subtheme bring in 2025? • LEGO Icons Botanical Collection 10340 Wreath Officially Revealed | October 2024

2024 really has been the year for LEGO and flowers as two more LEGO Icons Botanical Collection sets have been officially revealed for a 1st of October 2024 release. The first of these is 10340 Wreath which along with 10339 Winter Village: Hot Air Ballon Ride is bringing the seasonal fun to the LEGO for adults theme. 10340 will retail for $99.99 / €99.99 / £89.99 with a total of 1,194 pieces included. 10340 Wreath is obviously a brick-built version of a traditional Christmas Wreath making it the first Christmas-based LEGO Icons Botanical Collection set. Unsurprisingly, the Wreath is mainly green using the traditional LEGO leaf piece but in many different shades of green. Small berries are inside of these leaves which can be customized to either red, blue or white. The LEGO Wreath, which is our first since 40426 Christmas Wreath 2-in-1, comes with four hanging loops and can also be displayed in garland configuration making it perfect to be displayed on either the wall or the table. The green wreath also includes printed orange slices, cinnamon and pine cones which are integrated into the many leaves and the wreaths octagonal base construction. 10340 Wreath Set Name - Wreath Set Number - 10340 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 1,194 Price - $99.99 / €99.99 / £89.99 Release Date - 1st October 2024 10340 Wreath releases on the 1st of October 2024 but what do you think? • LEGO DREAMZzz Rumoured January 2025 Sets | 71487, 71488, 71489, 71490, 71491 + 71497

LEGO DREAMZzz will continue into 2025 which will see its second full year on shelves and alongside it most likely another season of the popular TV series. Early rumours have indicated that a total of 15 sets will release under LEGO's newest unlicensed theme and we now know six of these models are scheduled for a 1st of January 2025 release. These six sets to kick off the new year cover the set numbers 71487, 71488, 71489, 71490, 71491 and 71497. Currently, we only know the set names and numbers of these six LEGO DREAMZzz January 2025 sets but we can make educated guesses on what will be included in each respective model. The first of these is 71487 Mateo And Z-Blob Robot And Vehicle Adventures 1in20 which we expect to be the smallest set of the wave. A total of 20 different vehicle variants of Z-Blob the Robot will be included in his usual white and green colour scheme. Some of the small brick-built vehicles include a racing car, a scorpion-like build, some jets and planes, a miniature mech and plenty more. Another customizable and very creative build will be 71488 Izzie's Creative Box. Again, we expect this to be a reasonably priced set with many different builds to be created from the currently unknown number of pieces. All the builds will be associated with the character Izzie who will be included as a Minifigure in 71488. The creative builds included in this model may also make an appearance in the next series of the LEGO DREAMZzz TV series. 71489 Cooper's Gaming Jet is fairly self-explanatory: a brick-built jet for the character and Minifigure Cooper. Like previous vehicles based on Cooper, the Gaming Jet will be coloured light blue and red with the gaming theme extremely prominent throughout. Hopefully, along with a small cockpit for the jet, we will also get a gaming-themed interior with the likes of arcades and cool gaming posters. Another gaming-themed LEGO DREAMZzz set for 2025 is 71490 Izzie And Bunchurro The Gaming Bunny. We had a set very similar to this when the theme first debuted in August 2023 of 71453 Izzie and Bunchu the Bunny. 2025s 71490 looks to include a different brick-built rabbit of  Bunchurro The Gaming Bunny along with the same character and Minifigure of Izzie. It'll be interesting to see how different this bunny is compared to the original in 2023 and how this ties into the continuation of the TV series. 71491 Mateo And The Z-Blob Action Race Car and 71497 Cooper's Tiger Mech And Zero's Hot Rod Racer are the final two sets on this list and likely the biggest of the upcoming wave. Both sets, like most of the theme, include brick-built vehicles and mechs to add to your LEGO DREAMZzz world. If we're to get any new character in this wave it could be in one of these sets and we may also see new versions of Mateo and Cooper which are already in other sets in this 2025 wave. 71487 Mateo And Z-Blob Robot And Vehicle Adventures 1in20 Set Name - Mateo And Z-Blob Robot And Vehicle Adventures 1in20 Set Number - 71487 Age Range - TBC Piece Count - TBC Price - $TBC / €TBC / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 71488 Izzie's Creative Box Set Name - Izzie's Creative Box Set Number - 71488 Age Range - TBC Piece Count - TBC Price - $TBC / €TBC / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 71489 Cooper's Gaming Jet Set Name - Cooper's Gaming Jet Set Number - 71489 Age Range - TBC Piece Count - TBC Price - $TBC / €TBC / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 71490 Izzie And Bunchurro The Gaming Bunny Set Name - Izzie And Bunchurro The Gaming Bunny Set Number - 71490 Age Range - TBC Piece Count - TBC Price - $TBC / €TBC / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 71491 Mateo And The Z-Blob Action Race Car Set Name - Mateo And The Z-Blob Action Race Car Set Number - 71491 Age Range - TBC Piece Count - TBC Price - $TBC / €TBC / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 71497 Cooper's Tiger Mech And Zero's Hot Rod Racer Set Name - Cooper's Tiger Mech And Zero's Hot Rod Racer Set Number - 71497 Age Range - TBC Piece Count - TBC Price - $TBC / €TBC / £TBC Release Date - 1st January 2025 All six of these LEGO DREAMZzz sets launch on the 1st of January 2025 but what do you think? Will you be purchasing any of these models at the start of the new year? Which is your favourite and least favourite set of the wave? Are you hoping we get some new characters and Minifigures in these six sets? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.

  • LEGO Ideas 21353 Botanical Garden Rumoured For November 2024

After the reveal of 21351 Disney Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas just over a week ago, that leaves just two more LEGO Ideas sets to release in 2024. On the 1st of October 2024, we'll see the release of 21352 Disney 100 Celebration and a month later 21353 Botanical Garden will hit shelves. The November 2024 set will retail for $329.99 / €329.99 / £279.99 with a total of 3,792 pieces included. It's been less than a year since the Botanical Garden and Twilight: Cullen House were confirmed to be coming as official LEGO sets but the LEGO designers have been extremely busy preparing the brick-built Botanical Garden for a 1st of November 2024 release. Once it releases it'll become the largest LEGO Ideas set of 2024 in terms of piece count, beating Aprils 21348 - Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon's Tale. As the name suggests, 21353 will be a beautiful recreation of a Botanical Garden in LEGO form, similar to the recent LEGO Friends Botanical Garden set of 41757 Botanical Garden but in a much bigger scale. In fact, the original submission had a base of 32 x 48 studs which ended up measuring 28 cm high and 26 cm wide. The brick-built Botanical Garden building is a fully glazed greenhouse with a neoclassical entrance facade that welcomes visitors inside. There you can find various botanical species in LEGO form including a banana tree, a palm and a Beaucarnea recurvata  in the central area, succulents plants in the left apse, various flowers in the right apse,  Anthurium ,  Strelitzia , Bamboo plants,  Stromanthe thalia ,  Caladium bicolor ,  Begonia Maculata ,  Codiaeum variegatum  e and many more along the garden's perimeter.    Even with this wide range of Minifigure scale botanical plants, the interior is very large with fully accessible open space on two levels. A spiral staircase allows access to reach the balcony from which you can admire the foliage of the tallest trees up close. There is also a skylight roof, large open glass windows on the first floor, the two side apses on the ground floor and the internal balcony which can all be easily removed for full playability.  The original submission by Goannas89 included over 3,000 pieces, eight Minifigures, plenty of accessories and a dog. Already LEGO has built a set with well over 3,000 parts so hopefully, eight detailed and fun Minifigures will also be included along with the possibility of a dog and plenty more accessories for the Botanical Garden. 21353 Botanical Garden Set Name - Botanical Garden Set Number - 21353 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 3,792 Price - $329.99 / €329.99 / £279.99 Release Date - 1st November 2024 21353 Botanical Garden releases on the 1st of November 2024 but what do you think? Will you be purchasing 21353 in a few months time? Are you looking forward to adding an 18+ Botanical Garden to your LEGO City? Do you already own the LEGO Friends Botanical Garden? What would be a reasonable amount of Minifigures in the $330 model? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.
