Another reveal that took place at the CIIE today was the reveal of a random LEGO Monkie Kid set. This LEGO Monkie Kid set in particular is 80035 Galactic Explorer and will be coming on January 1st 2022. Even though we've had no rumoured set list, we can expect further LEGO Monkie Kid sets to release along with this set as the theme travels into space. Even more Winter 2022 sets have been revealed, this time being the annual LEGO Chinese New Year sets. The latest and one of the most highly anticipated LEGO Ideas sets has been revealed with 21330 Home Alone. The McCallister's house will be available from 1st November 2021 for $249.99 with 3955 pieces making it the biggest LEGO Ideas set so far. Among those 3955 pieces are five Minifigures of Kevin McCallister, his mom Kate McCallister, the crooks Harry and Marv and neighbour ‘Old Man’ Marley. The house can be easily opened up by moving the walls at the front of the house. These are on hinges allowing them to still stay connected but access all the rooms in the McCallister's house. Each floor can also be taken off like with most LEGO Modular sets. The front door with its classic Christmas reef leads into the two ground floor rooms of the kitchen and living rooms. The living room is the most festive room with many Christmas decorations whilst the kitchen is a classic old-fashioned cooking area with a small dining table in the middle. Meanwhile, the second floor is more cramped but still includes a small section of corridor and two rooms. These rooms are the bathroom with an actual mirror and Kevin's own bedroom with his desk and bed. Stairs then lead to a small section of the attic which is basically just a mess of different things. Back on the ground floor, there's another section connected to the house which includes a door with a pet flap. There's also the furnace that comes with a light brick which helps to make it scarier. Along with the main house, there's Harry and Marv’s van along with a crowbar and police hats, and a small treehouse connected to the back of the house. The next LEGO For Adults set has been officially revealed with it being another LEGO Apartment style set. 10291 Queer Eye - The Fab 5 Loft is set to become the second-ever LEGO set based on a Netflix show and in particular, it will be based on the popular American reality television series Queer Eye. The set itself will be available from 1st October 2021 for $99.99. After LEGOs Vice President of Design Matthew Ashton recently teased a set, this set has now been officially revealed with a stunning range of Minifigures. These include fashion designer Tan France, interior designer Bobby Berk, hairstylist Jonathan Van Ness, the culinary expert Antoni Porowski and Karamo Brown the expert in culture and self-image. There's also Bruley Minifigure and two Kathi Dooley of one before the makeover and one after. The build itself is of the Fab 5s original Atlanta loft with many different rooms to carry out the makeovers. These include a kitchen with an island for Antoni, a living room with Karamo’s couch and scrapbook, and a grooming station which includes Jonathan’s swivel salon chair and Tan's clothing rack with a range of torsos for the Minifigures included. The latest edition to LEGOs Winter Village Collection has been revealed with 10293 Santa's Visit. This year's big seasonal set is a cosy snow-covered house where the big Minifigure himself Santa has come to visit. 10293 Santa's Visit will be available from 1st October 2021 for $89.99. As already mentioned, the main build of the set is a snow-covered house. The light blue and grey coloured building is built across an inverted corner meaning the door to the house is at an angle. The door itself is covered vary slightly from the snow with two lanterns hanging next to it. A path lies in front of the door with bits of holly and mistletoe nearby and on other parts of the building. A grey thick chimney has enough room for a Santa Minifigure to go down leading straight to the living room. There's a couch and some stockings on the chimney with a table for the whole family being at the centre of the open-plan house. A festive looking kitchen is on the other side with loads of different foods and drinks. There's only one room upstairs with this being the daughter's room. There's a yellow bed and a desk with a list for Santa. A Christmas tree build is also included with some of its lights actually being able to light up. A few presents and toys are under the tree including a trumpet and a car. Luckily, the dining table has just four seats as there are just four Minifigures included in this Winter Village set. After the interesting tease yesterday, the next LEGO Super Mario D2C has been revealed. Many fans and rumours suggested it would be Peach's Castle but 71395 has turned out to be Super Mario 64 Question Mark Block. The set based on the ionic Super Mario 64 game, will be available from 1st October for $169.99. The set itself will be a giant brick-built version of the yellow question mark block that has already been seen in other LEGO Super Mario sets. The block hides four game levels that can be opened up via the flaps at the top of the block. These miniature game levels are Peach's Castle, Bob-omb Battlefield, Cool, Cool Mountain and Lethal Lava Trouble. Dotted around the set and in each miniature level, are microscale brick built characters. These characters include fan favourite like Mario and peach and many more including Yoshi, King Bob-omb, a Chain Chomp, Big Bully, Mr I, Lakitu, a penguin and a baby penguin. The 37th LEGO Ideas set has been officially revealed with it being 21329 Fender Stratocaster. The Ideas set is based on the original design by Tomáš Letenay that won a LEGO Ideas 'music to our ears' competition in May 2020. The musical set will be available from 1st October 2021 for $99.99. As you can guess, the main build of the set is the legendary Fender Stratocaster guitar played by the likes of Buddy Holly, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix. The guitar build has many details and features including a posable whammy bar, a moveable tremolo arm, strings mode of string, pickup switch, tuning peg and a fabric shoulder strap. In a very unexpected turn of events, the LEGO DC D2C Batman Tumbler has been revealed along with confirming its November 1st release date. This is the first of two LEGO Tumblers releasing this year with a Minifigure scale version also coming in October or November. This one, 76240 Batmobile Tumbler, is a D2C version but will surprisingly also be available to other retailers. The new LEGO Tumbler is a remake of the 2015 Tumbler but is still very similar in design. However, 76240 Batmobile Tumbler, even though not Minifigure scale, includes two Minifigures compared to 2015s 76023 which contained zero Minifigures. These Minifigures are Batman and an exclusive Joker with arm printing. These inclusions along with a stand for the Tumbler and a Minifigure display stand would explain the 200 piece difference. 76240 Batmobile Tumbler contains a total of 2049 pieces and will retail for $229.99. Quite an increase from 2015 but expected to be well worth it. After the leak earlier this week , the next LEGO Harry Potter D2C has been officially revealed. 76391 Hogwarts Icons Collectors' Edition is the third LEGO Harry Potter D2C since 2018 and comes after 75978 Diagon Alley. The set is another special 20th Anniversary one with 3 Golden Minifigures and 3010 pieces. It will be available from 2nd September 2021, a month after the initial summer 2021 wave. As you can expect from the piece count, the set will retail for a whopping price of $249.99. This big price is worth it with how many giant LEGO Harry Potter buildable objects you get. There's another buildable Hedwig but this time it's a more detailed and majestic design with her holding. Harry's owl is sat on three different Wizarding world books. The top book that Hedwig is directly sitting on is a Hogwarts red workbook. Meanwhile, the middle one is another Hogwarts workbook but in blue and the bottom one is an opened black book which is meant to represent Tom Riddle's Diary. Hopefully, it has some exclusive print of Harry's writing in the book or something that Ginny might have written. Attached to the pile of books is a Hogwarts scarf that can be swapped to the different house colours for your own personal house. Also attached to the pile of books is a golden snitch which is meant to be flying, Harry's wand, Harry's glasses and Ron's chocolate frog. Another 2021 LEGO Advent Calendar has been revealed with this time it being the classic LEGO City one. Like many LEGO City sets, the Advent Calendar is based on the popular LEGO City Adventures TV Series. This means characters, accessories and builds are based on things from the show. 60603 will be available from 1st September for the usual $29.99. Behind each of the 24 doors is a different Minifigure or build. There's a total of six different Minifigures included in this year's Advent Calendar. These are Top Hat Tom, Bob, Betty, Sam Grizzled, Shirley Keeper and Fendrich. There's even a snow-covered/snowman Duke DeTain. As already mentioned, these characters are all from LEGOs TV series that takes place in the LEGO City world. The rest of the things that appear behind one of the 24 doors are small mini builds. These include a train, a hospital, some lorry, a monster truck, an ambulance, a hospital, a helicopter and much more. The third Advent Calendar of the year has been revealed with this being the most anticipated. The first-ever LEGO Advent based on Marvel goes by the name 76196 Marvel Avengers. Like the rest of this year's Advent Calendar, it will be available from 1st September 2021 for $29.99. This Advent Calendar includes 298 pieces across 24 different doors. In total there are seven different Minifigures each in their own door. The latest LEGO Star Wars set to be based on the Disney+ show The Mandalorian has been revealed. 75319 The Armorer's Mandalorian Forge is based at the Mandalorian Forge where beskar armour is moulded to help protect The Mandalorian. The Forge is built out of 258 pieces and will retail for $29.99 on 1st September 2021. At the entrance of the Armorer's Forge build is a Mudhorn logo sticker that sits just above the entranceway. You can see the detachable forge from the entranceway with blue flame elements, a rotating exhaust hood and melting pot, Holocron, cool Star Wars machinery, a table with a hidden compartment, and a storage cabinet.
