The LEGO City theme is constantly expanding but we'll finally be getting some train-themed sets for the theme coming within only a couple of months. It's been a few years since the last LEGO City Train set but three sets based on locomotives will be coming on 1st June 2022. These include a brand new Train Station meaning we'll finally have a detailed Minifigure scale Station with a more detailed Passenger Train also coming in another set.
60335 Train Station
60335 will be a LEGO City set devoted to just a Train Station which will easily be able to connect to 60336 and 60337. However, like recent LEGO City sets, one of the road plate pieces will be included right next to the train station which won't be a very big build. A bus will also be included along with most likely another vehicle. This should be the set with the most Minifigures out of these three sets.

60336 Freight Train
The Freight Train/Cargo Train will be a very similar build to previous LEGO City Freight and Cargo Trains but 60336 will be red compared to the last version which was green. For the actual build of the train, they'll be the main front of the train to actually control it along with a wagon with two containers on top of it, a car carrier and an empty flatbed. A couple of track pieces including a switch track will be included along with a couple of Powered Up functions.

60337 High-Speed Passenger Train
Finally, the last LEGO City train set of the year will be a brand new Passenger Train. This version will be a high-speed futuristic version with a long front. This will most likely consist of a new piece and a range of interesting building techniques. The train is also mainly green this time.
