After the interesting tease yesterday, the next LEGO Super Mario D2C has been revealed. Many fans and rumours suggested it would be Peach's Castle but 71395 has turned out to be Super Mario 64 Question Mark Block. The set based on the ionic Super Mario 64 game, will be available from 1st October for $169.99. The set itself will be a giant brick-built version of the yellow question mark block that has already been seen in other LEGO Super Mario sets. The block hides four game levels that can be opened up via the flaps at the top of the block. These miniature game levels are Peach's Castle, Bob-omb Battlefield, Cool, Cool Mountain and Lethal Lava Trouble. Dotted around the set and in each miniature level, are microscale brick built characters. These characters include fan favourite like Mario and peach and many more including Yoshi, King Bob-omb, a Chain Chomp, Big Bully, Mr I, Lakitu, a penguin and a baby penguin. The set also has 10 hidden power stars in the set that can be used with the Digfig LEGO Mario and LEGO Luigi from their respective starter courses. The 37th LEGO Ideas set has been officially revealed with it being 21329 Fender Stratocaster. The Ideas set is based on the original design by Tomáš Letenay that won a LEGO Ideas 'music to our ears' competition in May 2020. The musical set will be available from 1st October 2021 for $99.99. As you can guess, the main build of the set is the legendary Fender Stratocaster guitar played by the likes of Buddy Holly, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix. The guitar build has many details and features including a posable whammy bar, a moveable tremolo arm, strings mode of string, pickup switch, tuning peg and a fabric shoulder strap. In a very unexpected turn of events, the LEGO DC D2C Batman Tumbler has been revealed along with confirming its November 1st release date. This is the first of two LEGO Tumblers releasing this year with a Minifigure scale version also coming in October or November. This one, 76240 Batmobile Tumbler, is a D2C version but will surprisingly also be available to other retailers. The new LEGO Tumbler is a remake of the 2015 Tumbler but is still very similar in design. However, 76240 Batmobile Tumbler, even though not Minifigure scale, includes two Minifigures compared to 2015s 76023 which contained zero Minifigures. These Minifigures are Batman and an exclusive Joker with arm printing. These inclusions along with a stand for the Tumbler and a Minifigure display stand would explain the 200 piece difference. 76240 Batmobile Tumbler contains a total of 2049 pieces and will retail for $229.99. Quite an increase from 2015 but expected to be well worth it. The second LEGO Batman Tumbler releasing this year has been revealed confirming its October 1st release date which is one month ahead of the UCS Tumbler. 76239 Batmobile Tumbler Scarecrow Showdown includes two Minifigures from Christopher Nolan's trilogy. After the leak earlier this week , the next LEGO Harry Potter D2C has been officially revealed. 76391 Hogwarts Icons Collectors' Edition is the third LEGO Harry Potter D2C since 2018 and comes after 75978 Diagon Alley. The set is another special 20th Anniversary one with 3 Golden Minifigures and 3010 pieces. It will be available from 2nd September 2021, a month after the initial summer 2021 wave. As you can expect from the piece count, the set will retail for a whopping price of $249.99. This big price is worth it with how many giant LEGO Harry Potter buildable objects you get. There's another buildable Hedwig but this time it's a more detailed and majestic design with her holding. Harry's owl is sat on three different Wizarding world books. The top book that Hedwig is directly sitting on is a Hogwarts red workbook. Meanwhile, the middle one is another Hogwarts workbook but in blue and the bottom one is an opened black book which is meant to represent Tom Riddle's Diary. Hopefully, it has some exclusive print of Harry's writing in the book or something that Ginny might have written. Attached to the pile of books is a Hogwarts scarf that can be swapped to the different house colours for your own personal house. Another 2021 LEGO Advent Calendar has been revealed with this time it being the classic LEGO City one. Like many LEGO City sets, the Advent Calendar is based on the popular LEGO City Adventures TV Series. This means characters, accessories and builds are based on things from the show. 60603 will be available from 1st September for the usual $29.99. Behind each of the 24 doors is a different Minifigure or build. There's a total of six different Minifigures included in this year's Advent Calendar. These are Top Hat Tom, Bob, Betty, Sam Grizzled, Shirley Keeper and Fendrich. There's even a snow-covered/snowman Duke DeTain. As already mentioned, these characters are all from LEGOs TV series that takes place in the LEGO City world. The rest of the things that appear behind one of the 24 doors are small mini builds. The third Advent Calendar of the year has been revealed with this being the most anticipated. The first-ever LEGO Advent based on Marvel goes by the name 76196 Marvel Avengers. In total there are seven different Minifigures each in their own door. The latest LEGO Star Wars set to be based on the Disney+ show The Mandalorian has been revealed. 75319 The Armorer's Mandalorian Forge is based at the Mandalorian Forge where beskar armour is moulded to help protect The Mandalorian. The Forge is built out of 258 pieces and will retail for $29.99 on 1st September 2021. At the entrance of the Armorer's Forge build is a Mudhorn logo sticker that sits just above the entranceway. After the building instructions were found online this morning , the next LEGO Minifigures series has finally been officially revealed. The third and final series of 2021 is our first-ever Marvel Studies series. In particular, the series is based on four marvel Disney+ shows. These include Falcon And The Winter Soldier, Wanda Vision, Loki and What If...?. The series will contain 12 different LEGO Minifigures just like Series 21 and the Looney Tunes Series from earlier this year. Each Minifigure will come in the now-classic blind bag with a lovely Marvel blue design. The packaging also contains a comic book style background to the side where a Wolverine Minifigure can be seen. The latest LEGO Harry Potter set has been revealed with it being a brand new polybag. 30392 Hermione's Study Desk will be available from 1st August for the usual polybag price of $3.99. Theres no official conformation yet but expect the polybag to be an exclusive gift with purchase at the LEGO store. The polybag comes with 31 pieces and 1 Minifigure of Hermione in her classic Hogwarts uniform but with short legs. The main build is a small desk which is a common desk build that has most likely been seen before in other LEGO Harry Potter sets. On the desk is a piece of parchment and some ink. A brand new LEGO Brickheadz set has been revealed to celebrate the iconic Mexican holiday, Day of the Dead. The latest LEGO Star Wars UCS set, and the last of summer 2021, has finally been revealed. After many LEGO fans were expecting to see an official reveal at LEGO CON, 75309 Republic Gunship was shown off earlier today in an official YouTube live stream. It's not too long until fans will be able to get their hands on the 3292 piece set with it being available from 1st August. The Republic Gunship comes after a LEGO Ideas vote in 2020 that allowed fans to decide the next LEGO Star Wars UCS. As you can guess, the Republic Gunship won with more than 30,000 votes and taking 58% of the total votes. Hopefully after this 18 month wait fans won't be disappointed. The build is the same version that can be seen during the Battle of Geonosis in The Clone Wars. It includes two pilot cockpits, swing-out spherical gun turrets, two loaded cannons, super-long wings and sides and rear hatch that can both be easily opened. As with most Ultimate Collecter sets, it includes a display stand with an information an plaque and space for the two Minifigures included, Clone Trooper Commander with a blaster and Mace Windu with a lightsaber. The latest LEGO For Adults set has been revealed with it being another brick-built vehicle. This time, it's 10279 Volkswagen T2 Camper Van, a follow-up to the extremely popular and successful 10220 Volkswagen T1 Camper Van. However, this version is bigger and more expensive with it appearing in a vivid blue paint job. It even includes a side build of two chairs and a surfboard. The build itself is what you'd expect from a Volkswagen Camper Van with its iconic large windscreen. The Camper Van also has a sliding door to access the interior, an openable boot and the bonnet that can be opened to access the engine. The roof of the vehicle can also be opened to reveal an orange fabric tent. The fully equipped interior which can be accessed via the sliding door, contains a fridge, sink, gas stove, opening cabinets that contain food and cans of things, a folding table, and a comfy long seat that can be folded down into a bed.
