LEGO Star Wars 40795 Luke Skywalker (Rebel Pilot) BrickHeadz Officially Revealed | May 2025

Plenty of new play sets, display models, a brand new UCS set and an exclusive GWP - that's this year's LEGO Star Wars May the Fourth lineup of sets for this year's celebrations. But amongst the many LEGO Star Wars reveals currently, there are still two more sets to add to this existing lineup, as, like previous years, two brand new LEGO Star Wars BrickHeadz sets will also be releasing on the 1st of May 2025.

One of these LEGO BrickHeadz sets in particular is 40795 Luke Skywalker (Rebel Pilot), which retails for the usual single BrickHeadz pack price of $9.99 / €9.99 / £8.99 with a total of 138 pieces included. Luke has appeared in this brick-built format twice before: once in the now-retired 41627 Luke Skywalker & Yoda and again in 40623 Battle of Endor Heroes, which celebrated the 40th anniversary of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

In 2025, however, the Jedi master is in LEGO BrickHeadz form in his rebel pilot outfit, which has become an iconic costume in the Star Wars universe. The brick-built figure is mainly orange and white with a printed 2x4 tile in the centre showcasing smaller details. The figure is rounded off with a rebel pilot helmet rather than hair, a blue lightsaber and the usual LEGO BrickHeadz black stand.
