LEGO Speed Champions 77252 APXGP Team Race Car from F1 The Movie Officially Revealed | January 2026

Our third LEGO Speed Champions set for 2026 has been officially revealed, and just like the last two, it's based on another movie. But rather than going for a ride through time or celebrating 20 years of a Pixar classic, the latest LEGO Speed Champions model focuses on a film released just earlier this year. In fact, 77252 is another Formula 1 LEGO set, as it's based on the APXGP F1 team that is the spotlight of the popular F1 The Movie.

77252 APXGP Team Race Car from F1 The Movie retails for the usual price of $27.99 / €27.99 / £22.99 and includes 268 pieces. The overall build of the F1 car is very similar to the ten LEGO Speed Champions Formula 1 sets that launched back in March. However, 77252 is covered with APXGP branding and its striking black and gold livery, sponsor stickers and screen accurate Pirelli tyres.

The 10+ model, following on from the recently revealed 77256 Time Machine from Back to the Future, is now our second single Speed Champions car to include two LEGO Minifigures. And these are once again screen accurate with LEGO interpretations of Sonny Hayes and Joshua Pearce, each with individual helmets featuring their signature, a wig and a wrench.
