LEGO ONE PIECE August 2025 Sets Officially Revealed

After a short teaser at the start of the year, LEGO ONE PIECE is getting ever closer to setting sail in brick-built LEGO form as the Danish toy manufacturer has officially revealed all five sets ahead of the theme's debut on the 1st of August 2025. The brand new licensed LEGO theme will bring to life one of the world's most successful manga series, which has been hitting it big since returning as a live-action series back in 2023 on Netflix.

The anime series follows the tale of the daring young pirate Monkey D. Luffy, who dreams of becoming King of the Pirates. To take the crown, Luffy must find the legendary One Piece treasure while encountering fellow pirates, bounty hunters and corrupt generals. However, on his quest, he also makes plenty of friends, including characters like Nami, Roronoa Zoro, Usopp and Sanji who join his crew, The Straw Hat Pirates.

In 2023, the series gained further popularity and worldwide coverage as Netflix produced a live-action adaptation based on the original anime series. The LEGO sets releasing this Summer will be based on this live-action series, which received over 71.6 million views in the first four months on the streaming service. The series has been so popular, in fact, that a highly anticipated second live-action series is expected later this year.

Along with a new series, we have a total of five ONE PIECE-branded LEGO sets featuring some of the series' most iconic characters as LEGO Minifigures. The debut wave also includes two BrickHeadz models and an 18+ branded set, which, like the other four playsets, will be available starting on the 1st of August from LEGO and other retailer partners.

75636 Windmill Village Hut

The smallest of the five LEGO ONE PIECE sets is 75636 Windmill Village Hut, which includes 299 pieces retailing for $29.99 / €29.99 / £24.99. The set is based on the Windmill Village Hut, located in Foosha Village. The beachside shop is captured perfectly with a detailed interior that can be accessed via a removable roof. A total of three Minifigures are included in the 8+ model of Luffy, Shanks and Makino.

75637 Buggy the Clown's Circus Tent

753637 Buggy the Clown's Circus Tent recreates a small section of an iconic red and white striped circus tent in brick-built LEGO form. A facade of the tent belonging to Buggy is the main focus of the build, along with detachable chair sections, Buggy's throne, a water tank, a spinning vertical table and a hanging cage. Plenty of circus-themed and dangerous accessories are included along with Luffy, Zoro, Nami and pirate captain Buggy the Clown.

75638 Battle at Arlong Park

Another important and very recognisable location in the Netflix series is 75638 Battle at Arlong Park, which includes 926 pieces retailing for $79.99 / €79.99 / £74.99. In brick-built form, the set depicts the show's face-off between the Straw Hat Pirates and their rivals. This is reflected in its five Minifigures of Luffy with arm-lengthening pieces, Nami, Usopp, Arlong and Chu.

75639 The Going Merry Pirate Ship

The final two sets on this list are two large brick-built ships, with the first being 75639 The Going Merry Pirate Ship. The largest playset includes a total of 1,376 pieces retailing for $129.99 / €129.99 / £109.99. The Going Merry is the first ship that Luffy and his Straw Hat Pirates crew own, with the brick-built interpretation including a collapsible pagoda, a shooting gallery and a shark attack game. All of these specific ONE PIECE easter eggs are included along with the customary masts, sails and detailed deck of LEGO pirate ships.

75640 The Baratie Floating Restaurant

And last but not least is the theme's 18+ model of 75640 The Baratie Floating Restaurant, which includes a total of 3,402 pieces retailing at $329.99 / €299.99 / £269.99. The second ship releasing on the 1st of August 2025 for the theme is in fact a floating restaurant where the Straw Hat Pirates first visit in episode 5 of the Netflix adaptation. It is much larger compared to the Going Merry and is recreated in brick-built form as more of a facade, including a total of 10 Minifigures.
