Since its inception, the LEGO Marvel theme has spanned a vast catalogue of characters, drawing inspiration from both the original comic books and the expansive Marvel Cinematic Universe. On the 1st of June 2026, this lineup will expand further to include a new sub-theme based on the Disney Junior series Iron Man and His Awesome Friends. This collection follows the format of the existing Spidey and His Amazing Friends sets, specifically designed to introduce younger builders to the Marvel universe.

Just like the Spidey and His Amazing Friends sets, the two LEGO Marvel Iron Man and His Awesome Friends models releasing on the 1st of June 2026 are also 4+ branded, including no stickers and much simpler builds with larger LEGO elements. The main build of 11209 Ultron vs. Iron Man is a simplified red mech for Iron Man with the usual posability, along with a hovering spaceship for Ultron.
