LEGO Marvel 76280 Spider-Man vs. Sandman: Final Battle Officially Revealed | January 2024

Spider-Man No Way Home released almost two years ago in cinemas but after 76261 Spider-Man Final Battle released in the summer, LEGO are finally making more sets. This is because another Spider-Man No Way Home set of 76280 Spider-Man vs. Sandman: Final Battlewill be releasing in less than a months time on 1st January 2024

For $37.99, the set isn't the biggest LEGO Marvel Super Heroes set ever as only 347 pieces are included along with three Minifigures. These Minifigures are fairly exciting though with Spider-Man (Tom Holland) in his usual suit being included along with Electro and Lizard. Electro is reused from 76261 but Lizard is a brand new figure which uses the T-rex tail pieces used in Series 24.

As you can tell from the name of the set, Sandman is the main part of the build of the set with the supervillain being included as a brick-built character. He's the main play feature of the set along with a couple of pieces of brick-built scaffolding to recreate the final battle between Spider-Man and Sandman. And all of this will be included on a small black base just like 76261 Spider-Man Final Battle which 76280 is easily compatible with.
