LEGO Ideas 40566 Ray The Castaway GWP Officially Revealed | 1st-13th October 2022

After a leak only a few days ago, the next GWP has been officially revealed of 40566 Ray The Castaway from the LEGO Ideas theme. The winner of the coastal GWP competition, Ray the Castaway, has now been in development for about a year and a half but will soon become available from 1st October 2022. It'll then end on 13th October 2022 or until stocks of the set run out.

The Gift With Purchase which is worth around $15-$20 but a total of around $120 will have to be spent during these selected dates to actually get 40566. However a wide range of sets are relasing within the next week or so including LEGO Marvel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever sets, 10308 Holiday Main Street and 75331 UCS Razor Crest.

The set itself consists of 239 pieces and one Minifigure of Ray The Castaway himself with overgrown hair and beard. His clothes are also broken and dirty giving him a survivor-like look. He has a small little hideout covered by olive-coloured palm tree leaves. Other features include a tiny wooden boat, an SOS sign, a telescope, a cup and a parrot
