LEGO Icons 11380 Road Bike Rumoured For June 2026

Following a range of 18+ branded vehicles from the classic and iconic 11376 Ford Model T to this month's 11378 Douglas DC-3 PAN AM Airliner, the LEGO Icons theme looks to be expanding its range of brick-built vehicles even further in 2026. However, on the 1st of June 2026, rather than a classic car, aeroplane, or Formula 1 racing car, the adult-oriented line will be releasing an entirely brick-built bicycle of 11380 Road Bike.

With 1,015 pieces retailing for $129.99 / €119.99 / £109.99, the detailed brick-built model of a modern road bicycle will be built as a mid-scale display model. The frame of the bike and the overall build will likely utilise a mix of LEGO Technic elements and classic LEGO system pieces to recreate the thin, lightweight structure typical of real road bikes. Current reports go further and suggest that we will see a model featuring 'interesting building techniques'.

The two wheels of the bike will probably be one of the main visual features of the 18+ branded set. These are likely to be specialised models to recreate the relatively large, display-worthy wheels for 11380 Road Bike. Both the front and rear wheels will connect to the base frame of the bike, with the front likely allowing basic steering as seen in many brick-built vehicles from LEGO Icons to LEGO Technic.

The drivetrain area of the road bike could include a complicated brick-built interpretation of a chain, crankset, and rear cassette. The LEGO Group could get even more clever and include a unique mechanical function where the pedals of the LEGO Road Bike rotate and drive a moving chain connected to the rear wheel. Finally, the bike will include some brick-built handlebars along with a small seat, hopefully including a unique design/colouring.
