LEGO Harry Potter January 2026 Sets Officially Revealed

2026 is a big year for the Harry Potter franchise as we get ever closer to the release of the HBO Harry Potter TV series and celebrate 25 years since the release of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. The LEGO Group will be marking the special anniversary with plenty of models based around the first movie, including some of the eight sets officially revealed for a 1st of January 2026 release.
76459 Hagrid & Harry's Privet Drive Escape
At the start of this year, many fans were quite disappointed by the intriguingly built 76443 Hagrid & Harry's Motorbike Ride. Thankfully, in 2026, LEGO is releasing a Minifigure-scale version of Harry's escape from Privet Drive in the first Deathly Hallows film. Retailing for $19.99 / €19.99 / £17.99, the playset includes the main motorcycle build attached with the sidecar for Harry to sit in, along with four Minifigures of Harry, Hagrid and two Death Eaters.

76460 Hogwarts Castle: Sorting Hat Ceremony
One of two LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle branded sets in this wave, 76460 recreates the Sorting Hat ceremony from Harry's first year at Hogwarts. The 7+ model includes the iconic Sorting Hat alongside a brick-built sorting wheel, a dinner table and a house points counter. Retailing for just $14.99 / €14.99 / £12.99, 76460 is Minifigure heavy, including Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy and Professor McGonagall.

76461 Cornish Pixie
The latest buildable character/creature from the LEGO Harry Potter theme is a Cornish Pixie, which first appears in the Chamber of Secrets. The LEGO interpretation captures the creature's mischievousness perfectly with expressive printed eyes and a wide smile. The mainly electric blue figure also includes transparent wings along with movement in its legs, arms and ears. The rest of the 320 pieces recreate a Gilderoy Lockhart book and a toppled ink bottle.

76463 Hogwarts Castle: Hospital Wing is the headline Minifigure scale set of the Winter 2026 wave for the LEGO Harry Potter theme. The latest Hogwarts Castle expansion will recreate the Hospital Wing from The Prisoner of Azkaban, along with the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom and the Ravenclaw Common Room. The $100 set also includes seven Minifigures of Harry, Ron, Hermione, Penelope Clearwater, Professor Lupin, The Grey Lady, and a Dementor.

The largest and most expensive set releasing on the 1st of January 2026 is the latest LEGO Harry Potter 18+ branded model. Coming in at $169.99 / €159.99 / £149.99, 76466 celebrates 25 years since the release of the Philosopher's Stone by recreating some of the most iconic details, moments, accessories and more in LEGO form. Three Minifigures are included along with a couple of microscale scenes and plenty of brick-built objects.

A total of five LEGO Minifigures are included in the 10+ model of Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Luna Lovegood, Xenophilius Lovegood and a Death Eater.

And last but not least is another entirely brick-built recreation, this time being the largest LEGO interpretation of the Weasley family's enchanted car. With 868 pieces retailing for $79.99 / €79.99 / £69.99, 76470 not only includes the iconic light blue Ford Anglia, but brick-built figures of Harry Potter and Ron Weasley, similar to the two seen in 76443 Hagrid & Harry's Motorbike Ride, which was released just earlier this year.
