LEGO Halloween Set 40822 Jack-O'-Lantern Pickup Truck Officially Revealed | August 2025

Whilst most of us are making the most of the summer sunshine, the LEGO Group are already looking ahead to the rest of the year and, in particular, the spookiest season of them all, Halloween! To celebrate this year's Night of Witches, LEGO will be releasing two LEGO Halloween-branded models: 40822 Jack-O'-Lantern Pickup Truck and 40825 Halloween Wreath.

Both sets release on the 1st of August 2025, but in today's article, we're focusing on the official reveal of the former of the two ghostly builds, which includes 177 pieces retailing for $14.99 / €14.99 / £12.99. The build is literally a giant brick-built jack-o'-lantern placed on a thin Minifigure scale pickup truck. The truck is appropriately coloured autumnal green and brown with Halloween decorations of a large bone, green slime, large green vines and a spider.

The jack-o'-lantern, however, is the main feature of the 8+ model, which altogether measures over 3 inches (8 cm) high, 2.5 inches (6 cm) long and 4 inches (10 cm) wide. The giant pumpkin is obviously orange, along with a dark green stem and black coloured tiles for its eyes and mouth. The top of the pumpkin can be opened to store accessories of a Minifigure scale LEGO pumpkin and a skull element. A Farmer Minifigure is also included in the $15 set.
