Contrary to initial thoughts, rumours and reveals, the LEGO Friends theme is in fact getting its own LEGO Advent Calendar in 2026 with 42698 LEGO Friends 2026 Advent Calendar. The minidoll-based Christmas calendar releases alongside a further four LEGO Advent Calendars on the 1st of September 2026, including a total of 211 pieces and retailing for $34.99 / €26.99 / £22.99.
This year's Friends-themed Advent includes the usual festive fun with three LEGO Minidolls of Liann, Nova, and Aliya included alongside multiple seasonal builds. Builders can find festive workstations, stalls, mini Christmas trees, snow and ice themed environments, plenty of presents and much more. Six animal figures are also included in the usual LEGO Friends fashion: a seal, a pony, a weasel, a polar bear, a penguin and a bunny with a cute Santa hat.
