LEGO Easter Set 40709 Spring Animal Playground Officially Revealed | January 2024

Christmas is right around the corner but LEGO are already preparing for Spring and the next holiday of Easter. This is because the toy company have today officially revealed the Easter-based set of 40709 Spring Animal Playground. 40709 will retail for $12.99 and have a total of 172 pieces once it becomes available on the 1st of January 2024.

At that $13 price tag, the seasonal set isn't huge but is still a cute model of a spring scenery filled with two brick-built animals. These two animals are a brown squirrel and a yellow chick with expressive facial expressions. The brick-built scene that these two animals are located on includes a campfire, a tree with a small treehouse and a moving seesaw. A couple of eggs are also included to create your own Easter egg hunt.
