Even though we already had a LEGO Classic Space set as part of LEGO's 90th Anniversary celebrations, the theme is still making a comeback next year too. Thanks to Brick Clicker it's being reported that a brand new LEGO Classic Space promotional set will be coming in the first half of 2023.
The Gift With Purchase comes under the set number and name 40581 Blacktron indicating it will definitely be a GWP or LEGO exclusive. The set name also means that the set is most likely a remake of 6894 Invader which released in 1991 with a total of 164 pieces. However, this new set in 2023 is likely to include more pieces and hopefully at least two Minifigures expanding the range of modern Classic Space Minifigures.
