LEGO City 60424 Jungle Explorer ATV: Red Panda Mission Rumoured For June 2024

Yes, that's right, the LEGO City Jungle subtheme will be returning with this Summers wave of LEGO City sets in 2024. A total of four sets of 60424, 60425, 60426 and 60437 will be based in different rainforest regions. Across these four sets, we'll see a range of new and returning LEGO animal moulds including red pandas, adult and baby gorillas, crocodiles and much more.

In today's article, we'll be looking at the cheapest of the four LEGO City Jungle sets of 60424 Jungle Explorer ATV: Red Panda Mission. The June 2024 set includes only 93 pieces and one Minifigures retailing for $10.99. However, this Minifigure is the returning Johnny Thunder character this time with a brand new torso and leg printing, new facial expressions and a hair and hat combo similar to 2023s Indiana Jones Minifigure.

For $11, the main and only build of the 60424 is the Jungle Explorer ATV itself which comes in a navy blue and orange colour scheme. The ATV has space for just the singular Minifigure of Johnny Thunder and a couple of other accessories. But the main element of 60424 Jungle Explorer ATV: Red Panda Mission is the brand new Red Panda mould which makes its debut in this Summer 2024 set.
