LEGO Architecture 21066 New York Skyline Rumoured For June 2026

The LEGO Architecture could be heading back to one of its most iconic locations in 2026, with rumours pointing to a brand new New York Skyline set releasing this summer. However, this may not be the straightforward skyline remake many expected, as the 18+ theme looks to be expanding its postcard-like display sets first introduced in January this year with the release of 21064 Paris - City of Love.

21066 New York Skyline releases on the 1st of June 2026, including a total of 1,465 pieces retailing for $139.99 / €139.99 / £119.99. This is substantially bigger than 21064 but would make the 2026 model the perfect tribute to the American city, known as one of the world's major commercial, financial and cultural centres. And what better way to showcase this than with the new, more stylised, framed format designed for display on both a wall and a shelf.

The build itself will feel more like a framed city scene rather than a traditional skyline, utilising the forced perspective technique used in 21064 Paris - City of Love. The brick-built New York will include a range of iconic landmarks, spanning across the set's background, midground and foreground, and even expanding out across the brick-built frame.

Silhouettes of distant New York landmarks like the Brooklyn Bridge or smaller Midtown towers will make up the background, followed by layers of skyscrapers overlapping each other just like they do in real life across the city of New York. The 1,465 will then be complete with the city's primary icons: the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building and the One World Trade Centre, built in an incredibly detailed brick-built scale.
