In recent years, LEGO have finally started exploring sets based on the final two films and book, the Deathly Hallows, and in 2025 we'll be getting a prominent location from these movies in brick-built LEGO form. In particular, on the 1st of January 2025, we'll be getting a brick-built Malfoy Manor under the set number 76453. The 10+ model is the biggest of seven sets releasing in a few weeks time for the theme with 1,601 pieces retailing for $149.99 / €149.99 / £129.99.
The set is mainly a faithful reproduction of the facade of the manor with a separate gate build with two small moulded gargoyle pieces also included. The gates, which also have a few small trees attached to them to further add to the aesthetic can be easily opened allowing access to the beautifully created Malfoy Manor which is mainly sand green and dark tan along with a few hints of grey and a fully blacked-out roof.
The facade of the manor is extremely detailed with a small fountain and some brown double doors leading to the small interior. Here we can find a range of rooms based on the events of the final two films. The first is the dining room complete with the long table that all the death eaters and Nagini gather around. This is the central point of the model and is complete with a play function of the falling chandelier.
Other, much smaller rooms include the cellar where Harry and his friends are locked up, a singular bed that represents Malfoy's room, a very small kitchen area with a stove, an organ and a toilet. The cellar is located below the dining room with moveable stairs included to access this level of the 10+ model.
For $150, the set can't be complete without a stellar Minifigure lineup. A total of nine figures are included in 76453 Malfoy Manor of Harry Potter, Draco Malfoy, Narcissa Malfoy, Lucius Malfoy, Hermione Granger, Luna Lovegood, Dobby, Bellatrix Lestrange and Lord Voldemort. And, as mentioned earlier, Voldemort's snake Nagini is also included along with plenty more Wizarding World-themed accessories.
