5 LEGO Monkie Kid January 2023 Sets Officially Revealed | 80040, 80041, 80043, 80044 + 80045

After the recent reveal of our first LEGO Monkie Kid set for 2023, the other four have now all been officially revealed by LEGO. All five of these sets will be available from 1st January 2023 kicking off the new year in still for the theme with brand new elephant villains. This is most obvious with 80043 Yellow Tusk Elephant which is a giant brick built elephant for the three main villains of the theme in 2023.

However, the already revealed 80045 Monkey King Ultra Mech is the biggest and the most expensive set of the wave retailing for $159.99 with 1,705 pieces. The second most expensive is 80044 Monkie Kid Team Hideout which retails for $139.99 with 1,583 pieces. This is the more elegant looking build of the set with many play features as the set can easily be taken apart and put back together in different ways.

The other two sets are much cheaper than the other three as these will only retail for $19.99. 80040 Monkie Kid's Combi Mech is another but much small and neat looking mech along with a small build for the Ink Demon. Meanwhile, 80041 Mei's Dragon Jet is a small white and green jet to help fight against the villains who include cannons in this set. Both sets have the option to be combined into an ultra mech.
