It wasn't long ago that we first covered the rumour that LEGO Marvel/DC Helmets would return in 2023 and now we know 76251 will be Star Lord's Helmet. The Star Lord character has already appeared in LEGO form a couple of times but is set to return once again with the release of the third Guardians of the Galaxy film onthe 5th May 2023. Along with three rumoured LEGO Minifigure scale sets, this will be the fourth LEGO Guardians of the Galaxy set of 2023 once they all release on 1st April 2023. 76251 will be the only brick built one with a range of interesting building techniques included to make the interesting curvature of the superheros grey helmet and small spikes of hair. This is probably the main reason why for only 602 pieces, the set will retail for $79.99. Set Information Set Name - Star Lord's Helmet Set Number - 76251 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 602 Price - $79.99 Release Date - 1st April 2023

After a couple of years since the last one, a brand new LEGO NINJAGO City expansion will be coming in 2023 and it'll be the biggest yet. It'll actually be the biggest LEGO NINJAGO set ever with a total of 6,163 pieces retailing for $369.99. The set itself is called Ninjago City Markets adding a market to the already lively NINJAGO City that includes a harbour, gardens and much more. As already mentioned, 71799 Ninjago City Markets will be the biggest LEGO NINJAGO set yet with 478 pieces more than 71741 Ninjago City Gardens. Because of this Promobricks.de believes that a couple more Minifigures should be included in this $370 set. The set will also likely be very colourful capturing that market and LEGO NINJAGO feel on another 32x32 stud base plate. Set Information Set Name - Ninjago City Markets Set Number - 71799 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 6,163 Price - $369.99 Release Date - 1st June 2023

LEGOs Disney 100th Celebrations continue as another LEGO Disney Brickheadz set has been revealed to go alongside 40622 Disney 100th Celebration. In total, three more LEGO Disney Brickheadz will be releasing on 1st March 2023 with all three of them being Brickheadz double packs. Another LEGO Disney set has been rumoured for 2023 with this sadly not being a 100th Anniversary of Disney set like the recently rumoured 43212 for example. Instead, 43218 will be a brand new LEGO Disney Princess set which is fairly obvious from the set name of Anna & Elsa's Magical Carousel. The set will be available from 1st June 2023 retailing for $19.99 and includes 175 pieces. The set based on one of the two Frozen films, includes the movie's main characters, Anna and Elsa. These are likely to include the updated Disney Princess Minidoll faces which LEGO recently did for its January 2023 wave. They may also include new clothes even though this is unlikely for such a small set. And because it's so small we're also likely to only see the small Carousel build and possibly a side build for $20. Set Information Set Name - Anna & Elsa's Magical Carousel Set Number - 43218 Ages - 6+ Piece Count - 175 Price - $19.99 Release Date - 1st June 2023

After the recent results of the LEGO Ideas Dungeons and Dragons review, it's time to look at all the LEGO Ideas sets that are currently in development. The first LEGO Ideas set of 2023 has been revealed in the last couple of days of 21338 A-Frame Cabin which is set to release on 4th February 2023. This is a lovely calming LEGO Ideas set that introduces a range of interesting building techniques and animal pieces. This means that there's one less project for the LEGO Ideas team to work on but another ten projects are in development including the new additions of Dragon's Keep: Journey's End and Your Family Tree. However, all the details we give about each set are currently unconfirmed unless they have official set numbers A-Frame Cabin A-Frame Cabin is a brand new non-licensed LEGO Ideas project that is set to kick off 2023 as it releases on 4th February 2023. The set has been in development for just over a year but with it already being detailed and colourful in design, LEGO hasn't had to change many things. However, LEGO has increased the amount of Minifigures included from two to four and included an orange canoe. Set Name - A-Frame Cabin Set Number - 21338 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 2,082 Price - $179.99 Release Date - 1st February 2023 BTS' Dynamite Another LEGO Ideas music set is coming but this time it's Minifigure scale with BTS set to see themselves in LEGO form on 1st March 2023. However, the project's current Minifigures have no face prints and the build feels very plain and open so it's likely this project will go through many stages of development. And because of the BTS license, it'll retail for $99.99 with only 749 pieces included. Set Name - BTS' Dynamite Set Number - 21339 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 749 Price - $99.99 Release Date - 1st March 2023 Tribute to Galileo Galilei GWP Our first and only GWP on this list is another historical figure-based GWP as LEGO expands further to its adult fans. Similar sets like 40410 Charles Dickens Tribute and the most recent one of 40530 Jane Goodall Tribute will form what we imagine the set will look like being worth around $10-$15. The set will most likely come out around the summer with purchases around $180-$250. Set Name - Tribute to Galileo Galilei GWP Set Number - TBC Ages - 18+ Piece Count - TBC Price - TBC GWP Release Date - 2023 Hocus Pocus - The Sanderson Sisters' Cottage Another licensed set but this time it's more of a horror-based set which is fairly rare with LEGO sets nowadays. The set is based on the first Hocus Pocus film which released in 1993 but with the second film having released last year, it's likely interest in this set will be high. LEGO will be releasing the set on 1st July 2023 making it the perfect set for Halloween 2023. Set Name - Hocus Pocus - The Sanderson Sisters' Cottage Set Number - 21341 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 2,316 Price - TBC Release Date - 1st July 2023 Viking Village The last confirmed set of 2022 is the winner of the rejected Target collaboration which Viking Village won. The set brings back more nostalgia to older LEGO fans who used to play with the likes of Vikings, Pirates and more. A quick turnaround will take place for this set as it will release on 1st October 2023 with 2,103 pieces. Set Name - Viking Village Set Number - 21343 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 2,103 Price - TBC Release Date - 1st October 2023 Tales of the Space Age One of the cheapest sets on this list is 21340 Tales of the Space Age which will be coming in the first half of this year. The space-themed set was one of the most recent sets to get accepted but due to its small size and niche idea LEGO is unlikely to change much about the set. 21340 will probably be the cheapest LEGO Ideas set of 2023 retailing at $49.99 with 688 pieces. Set Name - Tales of the Space Age Set Number - 21340 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 688 Price - $49.99 Release Date - 1st May 2023 LEGO Insects Another set that was only confirmed a few months ago is 21342 LEGO Insects which will be the fifth LEGO Ideas set of 2023. This is another smaller set that will most likely retail for around $100 but will definitely include 1,111 pieces. The colourful collection of insects will most likely i nclude a honey bee, a praying mantis, a butterfly and two beetles all at a reasonable brick-built scale. Set Name - LEGO Insects Set Number - 21342 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 1,111 Price - TBC Release Date - 1st September 2023 The Orient Express, a Legendary Train What's likely to be one of the biggest and most breathtaking LEGO Ideas set, the Orient Express, a Legendary Train will be coming in 2024. Not many huge trains have appeared in LEGO form apart from those in the LEGO City theme so it'll be interesting to see how LEGO creates such a magnificent set in LEGO form. Set Name - The Orient Express, a Legendary Train Set Number - TBC Ages - 18+ Piece Count - TBC Price - TBC Release Date - 2024 Polaroid OneStep SX-70 With LEGO Ideas becoming more and more of an 18+ theme it's no surprise to see LEGO accepting a brick-built camera. In particular, it's a Polaroid of the OneStep SX-70 which is likely to be coming as soon as 2024. This should be a much nicer priced set around the $100 mark but the licensing may boost this up to $150.it's Set Name - Polaroid OneStep SX-70 Set Number - 21343 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 2,103 Price - TBC Release Date - 2024 Your Family Tree Your Family Tree won the family-themed LEGO Ideas contest that took place with Target a few weeks ago. The winner involves a beautiful brick-built tree with family portraits scattered over the branches and leaves. This is likely to be a fairly cheap set with hopefully a range of different Minifigures to make many different kinds of families. Set Name - Your Family Tree Set Number - TBC Ages - 18+ Piece Count - TBC Price - TBC Release Date - 2024 Dragon's Keep: Journey's End Probably one of the most hyped LEGO Ideas set currently in production has to be Dragon's Keep: Journey's End. This is the recent winner of the LEGO Ideas Dungeons and Dragons contest which is set to celebrate its 50th Anniversary. It'll be interesting to see how this partnership shapes up and whether more sets based on the Dungeons and Dragons franchise will appear in 2025. Set Name - Dragon's Keep: Journey's End Set Number - TBC Ages - 18+ Piece Count - TBC Price - TBC Release Date - 2024

With Disney's big anniversary this year, it's no surprise we're getting so many new LEGO sets as another one has been officially revealed today. This one is another LEGO Disney Moana polybag of 30646 Moana's Dolphin Cove retailing for the usual price of $4.99. The set will be available in just a few days on 1st February 2023 along with the first Disney 100 set of 40622 Disney 100th Celebration. Unsurprisingly, 30646 is a minidoll-themed set with the return of the new Moana minidoll from the January 2023 wave of sets. She comes with a cute cove build with a water slide and a beach with a palm tree. There are also a couple of cute animals included and a surfboard making up the total of 47 pieces included in the polybag. Set Information Set Name - Moana's Dolphin Cove Set Number - 30646 Ages - 6+ Piece Count - 47 Price - $4.99 Release Date - 1st February 2023

In a couple of months time, it'll have been a year since the release of the second Doctor Strange film but LEGO sets based on the movie are still appearing. This is especially the case as a brand new LEGO Marvel Polybag based on Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has been officially revealed today. We reported on the rumour not long ago but it's now confirmed the polybag will be releasing in just a few days on 1st February 2023. The polybag comes under the set number 30652 and has the set name of Doctor Strange Interdimensional Portal. Unsurprisingly one of Doctor Stranges iconic portals is the main build of this set which is around the height of a Minifigure. The portal leads to some micro-build of a city with a small potion also included in front of the portal. Doctor Strange is also included as a Minifigure but this is no different to recent versions of the character. Set Information Set Name - Doctor Strange Interdimensional Portal Set Number - 30652 Ages - 6+ Piece Count - 44 Price - $4.99 Release Date - 1st February 2023

The next wave of LEGO Star Wars sets have been officially revealed with three brand new 18+ brick-built helmet sets. This is very similar to last year's March wave with two helmets available worldwide and the third one exclusively available from LEGO . These consist of the set numbers 75349, 75350 and 75351 which will all retail for the new 18+ helmet price of $69.99 from 1st March 2023 The first two of these have the set numbers 75349 and 75350 and are based on the characters of Captain Rex and Clone Commander Cody respectively. Captain Rex is based on his phase 2 appearance whilst Clone Commander Cody is based on his Phase 1 appearance. Both have high piece counts as well with 75349 having 854 pieces and 75350 having 766 pieces. Then our third 18+ LEGO Star Wars helmet is the LEGO store exclusive one which has been very mysterious up until its official reveal today. But it turns out that 75351 will be Princess Leia's Boushh helmet being the smallest of the wave at just 670 pieces. The helmet isn't very prominent in the Star Wars universe but does appear in Return of the Jedi which LEGO continues to celebrate its 40th Anniversary within its sets. 75349 Captain Rex Helmet Set Name - Captain Rex Helmet Set Number - 75349 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 854 Price - $69.99 Release Date - 1st March 2023 75350 Clone Commander Cody Helmet Set Name - Clone Commander Cody Helmet Set Number - 75350 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 766 Price - $69.99 Release Date - 1st March 2023 75351 Princess Leia (Boushh) Set Name - Princess Leia (Boushh) Set Number - 75351 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 670 Price - $69.99 Release Date - 1st March 2023

Continuing with the recent surge of LEGO Disney rumours, another three sets for the theme have been rumoured for a second-half of 2023 release. All these three sets have the set name 'Classic Animation' indicating they'll be based on a classic Disney Animation. What the animation could be, could be anything due to the vast amounts of films and series that Disney have produced in the last 30 years. However, because it has the code name 'Classic Animation' rather than 'Disney Princess' means that Minifigures will be included in these sets. We're already getting Up Minifigures and Peter Pan Minifigures so it'll be interesting to see what films 43215, 43221 and 43230 are based on. The latter of these is an 18+ D2C set indicating it'll likely be a reasonable size build more for collectors. 43215 and 43221 have a June 1st 2023 release date but the 18+ set of 43230 has an unknown release date. It's believed it'll release around Autumn 2023 but we'll keep you up to date as the year goes on... 43215 *LEGO Disney Classic Animation* Set Name - *LEGO Disney Classic Animation* Set Number - 43215 Ages - 7+ Piece Count - 1,016 Price - $149.99 Release Date - 1st June 2023 43221 *LEGO Disney Classic Animation* Set Name - *LEGO Disney Classic Animation* Set Number - 43221 Ages - 6+ Piece Count - 1,022 Price - $59.99 Release Date - 1st June 2023 43230 *LEGO Disney Classic Animation* Set Name - *LEGO Disney Classic Animation* Set Number - 43230 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - TBC Price - TBC Release Date - Autumn 2023

March is only a couple of months away and with that, it's only a couple more weeks until we see the next wave of LEGO Star Wars sets. Similar to last year, the March 2023 wave will consist of purely 18+ Helmets with a total of four rumoured for this release date. These consist of the set numbers 75349, 75350, 75351 and 75356 which will all retail for $69.99. The first two of these have the set numbers 75349 and 75350 and are based on the characters of Captain Rex and Commander Cody respectively. Captain Rex is based on his phase 2 appearance whilst Commander Cody is based on his Phase 1 appearance. Both have high piece counts as well with 75349 having 854 pieces and 75350 having 766 pieces. We then come on to the most mysterious set of this wave which is 75351. The set currently has no set name and has been like that for many months now. However, we do know that 670 pieces are included which is less than 75349 and 75350 but more than the final set of 75356. This is the exclusive LEGO Star Wars Helmet of the wave with it being Leia's Endor helmet which will most likely be another Return of the Jedi celebratory set. Luckily it won't be long until we find out what this mysterious set of 75351 could be as all four sets are rumoured for a reveal on 26th January 2023 which is only a few days away... 75349 Phase 2 Captain Rex Helmet Set Name - Phase 2 Captain Rex Helmet Set Number - 75349 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 854 Price - $69.99 Release Date - 1st March 2023 75350 Phase 1 Commander Cody Helmet Set Name - Phase 1 Commander Cody Helmet Set Number - 75350 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 766 Price - $69.99 Release Date - 1st March 2023 75351 *LEGO Star Wars Helmet* Set Name - *LEGO Star Wars Helmet* Set Number - 75351 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 670 Price - $69.99 Release Date - 1st March 2023 75356 Endor Helmet Set Name - Endor Helmet Set Number - 75356 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 630 Price - $69.99 Release Date - 1st March 2023

A brand new LEGO Disney Train will be coming in 2023 following on from 71044 Disney Train and Station from a few years ago. However, sadly this set will not be a direct sequel to 71044 as it'll be a $40 4+ Disney Train aimed at the much younger LEGO audience. This is most likely due to 71044 still being a fairly recent, even if it is retired, set. Yet LEGO wants to release a brand new train to celebrate Disney's 100th Anniversary. This 4+ LEGO Disney Train has the set number 43212 and the official set name Disney Birthday Train indicating it is directly celebrating Disney's 100th Anniversary. And because of this, thanks to Promobricks.de we now know it'll include a total of six Minifigures. These are Moana, Woody, Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, Mickey and Minnie. The birthday train will likely be the only build included but a small side build of a station may also be included for the $40 set. Luckily it won't be too long until we get to see the 4+ set and its fantastic range of Minifigures as it releases on 1st April 2023 Set Information Set Name - Disney Birthday Train Set Number - 43212 Ages - 4+ Piece Count - 200 Price - $39.99 Release Date - 1st April 2023

Already three LEGO Star Wars helmets have been rumoured for a March 1st 2023 release but another one has now been rumoured too. This is 75351 which follows on from 75349 and 75250 which are both confirmed to be new brick-built helmets. However, this new helmet currently has no name or indication as to what it will be based on with many speculating it'll be another trooper of some kind. Like all the other three helmets releasing on 1st March 2023, 75351 will retail for $69.99 which seems to be the usual price for helmets these days. Its piece count is 670 pieces which is relatively average for this kind of 18+ subtheme. So their aren't really any clues on what this mysterious LEGO Star Wars helmet could be but luckily we won't have to wait long as all these helmets will be officially revealed on 26th January 2023. Set Information Set Name - *LEGO Star Wars Helmet* Set Number - 75351 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 670 Price - $69.99 Release Date - 1st March 2023

For a long time now we've known that even more LEGO Star Wars Helmets will be releasing this year and we now know more information on one of them. This is 75256 which is set to be this year's exclusive brick-built LEGO Helmet. Back in the Autumn of last year, Promobricks.de told us the helmet would be based on the sixth film but it's now confirmed 75256 will be an Endor Helmet This is not surprising as Star Wars Return of the Jedi is celebrating its 40th Anniversary and LEGO seems to be joining in with these celebrations. Endor sets have also been pretty common in terms of rumours so far this year with an Endor-themed Diorama also coming in May 2023. But on 1st March 2023, the Endor-themed helmet will release with it being the one that Princess Leia wears throughout this scene. The fairly low piece count of 630 pieces for a helmet would match a Leia's Endor helmet due to the face being uncovered and open. Even with this though, 75356 will retail for the usual LEGO Star Wars helmet price of $69.99 with a rumoured reveal date of the 26th of January. Set Information Set Name - Endor Helmet Set Number - 75356 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - 630 Price - $69.99 Release Date - 1st March 2023

2023 is a huge year for LEGO and Disney with it being Disney's 100th Anniversary and a range of sets for the occasion releasing throughout the year. One of these is 43225 which is rumoured to be the first ever LEGO Disney Princess 18+ set. In particular, it'll be an 18+ set of one of the popular Princesses' beautiful castle. 43225 will retail for $159.99 which is $200 less than the last D2C Disney castle of 71040 Disney Castle. This is no surprise due to it being a Disney Princess set and it being minidolls rather than Minifigures like 71040. But with it being over $150 and the piece count most likely being around 1,500, it should still be a substantial size and much more detailed than the other Disney Princess castles we've seen over the years. Set Information Set Name - *LEGO Disney Princess Castle* Set Number - 43225 Ages - 18+ Piece Count - TBC Price - $159.99 Release Date - Spring 2023

Our first leak of 40581 Tahu & Takus came as early as Summer 2022 but we now finally have official images of the upcoming Gift With Purchase. The set itself is based on the old LEGO theme Bionicle making it similar to the recent Blacktron GWP of bringing back a nostalgic LEGO theme in a GWP form. This 219-piece GWP similarly has the classic Bionicle packaging redone in a more modern 18+ LEGO way. The early 2023 set is relatively easy to obtain as it's available with any purchases over $100 as long as they're from an unlicensed LEGO theme. They also have to be purchased between 27th January 2023 and 9th February 2023. But this does mean if your still waiting to buy some January 2023 sets from themes like LEGO City, LEGO NINJAGO and LEGO Friends then you can within just a couple of weeks. Set Information Set Name - Tahu & Takus Set Number - 40581 Ages - 10+ Piece Count - 219 Price - GWP over $100 (unlicensed LEGO themes only) Release Date - 27th January 2023
