We've had many celebratory LEGO Disney sets release this year and there are still many more to come along with the usual LEGO Disney Princess sets. One of these LEGO Disney Princess sets is the now officially revealed 6+ set 43218 Anna and Elsa's Magical Carousel. Unsurprisingly, the set is based on Frozen which will be celebrating its 10th anniversary at the end of this year.
The set itself is another Minidoll-based Frozen set this time featuring Elsa, Anna, Christoph and Olaf in the microdoll form which has become quite common in recent years. Two mini sleighs are included in the $19.99 set allowing half the characters a smooth and enjoyable ride in the snow. However, the main build is the frozen carousel inspired by Elsa's iconic ice castle.
It uses the use ice pieces along with white pieces to represent snow. A couple f hints of purple are also included in the carousel along with a centrepiece of the frozen snowflake piece. The carousel has the only function of the set whereby it can be rotated in any direction. This makes for a cute little LEGO Disney Princess set with 175 pieces making up the $20 set which will release on 1st June 2023.
