  • LEGO City Rumoured June 2025 Sets

The year 2025 marks 20 years since the first LEGO City branded set, and what's already been a busy and exciting year for the homegrown theme is about to get even better. Following on from the Formula 1 branded sets and the usual vehicles, fire, police and space-themed builds, a further 10 LEGO City sets will be launching on the 1st of June 2025. Amongst these 10 models is reportedly the first LEGO City D2C to celebrate 20 years of the theme. This set in particular is 60473 The City Tower, which is the joint most expensive set on this list alongside 60470 Artic Explorer Express Train which also retails for $199.99 / €199.99 / £179.99. The brick-built tower plays homage to the many subthemes in the LEGO City portfolio, from City life and space to the classic fire and police - the 8+ model has it all! 60455 Police Motorcycle Chase We start with the only 4+ set in this list, which is likely to be very similar to 2023's 60392 Police Bike Car Chase. 2025s 60455 Police Motorcycle Chase will likely include a very simple police bike alongside another simplified vehicle for the robbers. A single robber Minifigure will be included along with a police officer. Set Name - Police Motorcycle Chase Set Number - 60455 Age Range - 4+ Piece Count - 65 Price - $9.99 / €9.99 / £8.99 Release Date - 1st June 2025 60456 Police Boat Chase The LEGO City police will be on both land and water this summer with the release of 60456 Police Boat Chase. The main build of the 264-piece set will likely be a sleek police speedboat with the classic blue and white LEGO City police colour scheme. Another, much smaller boat will also likely be included, allowing a criminal Minifigure to make a speedy getaway. Set Name - Police Boat Chase Set Number - 60456 Age Range - 6+ Piece Count - 264 Price - $29.99 / €29.99 / £24.99 Release Date - 1st June 2025 60457 Custom Police Car Garage 60457 Custom Police Car Garage is next, retailing for $49.99 / €49.99 / £44.99 with 489 pieces included. The name suggests that we may be seeing a police themed garage build, similar to the now-retired 60389 Custom Car Garage. A small garage will be the main build with plenty of tools for modifying police cars from different bumpers and spoilers to sirens and wheels. Around three to four Minifigures will also be included in 60457. Set Name - Custom Police Car Garage Set Number - 60457 Age Range - 6+ Piece Count - 489 Price - $49.99 / €49.99 / £44.99 Release Date - 1st June 2025 60465 Emergency Air Ambulance Airplane Moving away from police, we have a brand new emergency and rescue set of 60465 Emergency Air Ambulance Airplane. With just 395 pieces included, retailing for $49.99 / €49.99 / £44.99, we can expect some larger elements to be used to recreate the rescue plane. Hopefully, the airplane will include a rear-opening cargo door, a small cockpit for space for a single Minifigure and some interior space for a medical stretcher. Set Name - Emergency Air Ambulance Airplane Set Number - 60465 Age Range - 6+ Piece Count - 395 Price - $49.99 / €49.99 / £44.99 Release Date - 1st June 2025 60466 Yellow Bulldozer A brand-new construction-based set is another welcomed addition to the LEGO City Summer 2025 wave. 60466 includes a brick-built yellow and black Bulldozer equipped with a moveable front loader and an adjustable rear ripper. The Bulldozer has enough space for a single Minifigure to drive the vehicle, even though a total of three construction worker figures are included in the $60 model. Set Name - Yellow Bulldozer Set Number - 60466 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 682 Price - $59.99 / €59.99 / £49.99 Release Date - 1st June 2025 60467 Heavy Duty Recovery Two Truck Another, much larger vehicle releasing on the 1st of June 2025 is 60467 Heavy Duty Recovery Two Truck. The 8+ model and its 793 pieces is expected to be a large tow truck with a working brick-built crane arm. A broken-down vehicle may also be included, with the main function being the ability to tow the broken car to the LEGO City Garage. With a retail price of $79.99 / €79.99 / £69.99, hopefully, around three to four Minifigures are included. Set Name - Heavy Duty Recovery Two Truck Set Number - 60467 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 793 Price - $79.99 / €79.99 / £69.99 Release Date - 1st June 2025 60469 Central Train Station Finally we're moving away from vehicles and to a physicla, brick-built building of a beautiful Central Train Station coming under the set number 60469. The 7+ model includes 752 pieces retailing for $89.99 / €89.99 / £79.99, suggesting it may not live up to its "central" name but should still be a substantial build. A short piece of track may be included with the station along with four to five Minifigures and, reportedly, a new pigeon animal mould. Set Name - Central Train Station Set Number - 60469 Age Range - 7+ Piece Count - 752 Price - $89.99 / €89.99 / £79.99 Release Date - 1st June 2025 60470 Artic Explorer Express Train One of the most exciting elements of this much smaller LEGO City wave is the two new Artic-themed sets. 60470 Artic Explorer Express Train is the larger of the two, including 1,517 pieces retailing for $199.99 / €199.99 / £179.99. The train includes a single car and an icebreaker with the ability to connect a remote control to the locomotive vehicle. Rail tracks, a small loading station and a small loader vehicle are also included in the 7+ model. Six large wheels with white rims are included on the vehicle along with a telescope mounted on top of the cockpit. The 8+ model also includes a snowmobile, a cliff with a boulder on top and a wolf's den underneath. The wolf is another brand-new animal mould included in this summer wave. • LEGO Star Wars 40765 Kaminoan Enforcer Ship GWP Rumoured For 1st May 2025

Over a week ago, we were able to bring you the first rumours of this year's LEGO Star Wars Day GWP, but already the rumour mill is suggesting that the new promotional item will be slightly different than what we initially expected. Rather than 40765 being a Republic Escape Pod based on Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series, the upcoming Gift With Purchase will be based on an even more obscure ship: the KE-8 Enforcer Ship. 40765 Kaminoan Enforcer Ship will still include a total of 190 pieces and be available starting from the 1st of May 2025 with any LEGO Star Wars purchases over $160. The initial rumours regarding the Minifigure count also remain true, but all three of the figures included in 40765 will be red uniform Clone Troopers. All three of the figures will most likely include the same exclusive torso printing for the red uniform, along with plain, simple legs. As the name suggests, the May 2025 GWP will be a recreation of the obscure KE-8 Enforcer Ship, which first appears in the backdrop of Episode II: Attack of the Clones. The unique ship is a security and patrol vessel used by the Kaminoans to safeguard their cloning facilities. They were likely used to monitor incoming and outgoing traffic, ensuring that unauthorised personnel did not interfere with the Republic's clone production. The build itself, with a total of 190 pieces, will be a compact but well-structured version of the mainly grey Kaminoan Enforce Ship. The hovering, single-occupant pod with space for a single Minifigure will be recreated in brick-built LEGO form. The ship will include its powerful manipulator arms and electroshock stun device along with two jets located on either side of the cockpit to propel the Enforce Ship through the air. 40765 Kaminoan Enforcer Ship Set Name - Kaminoan Enforcer Ship Set Number - 40765 Age Range - TBC Piece Count - 190 Price - GWP over $160 Release Date - 1st May 2025 40765 Kaminoan Enforcer Ship is available from the 1st of May 2025, but what do you think? Will you be looking to pick up 40765 at the start of next month? How will you be celebrating Star Wars Day? What brand-new LEGO Star Wars sets will you be purchasing in May and June? Obi-Wan Kenobi - Featuring his Episode III look like his padawan Anakin, Obi-Wan's design will likely include his iconic brown robe and blue lightsaber. Padmé Amidala - After her appearance in 2024s 40676 The Phantom Menace, Padmé returns in LEGO BrickHeadz form, but this time in a different outfit based on her appearance throughout the prequel film. Yoda - The wise Jedi Master once again appears in LEGO BrickHeadz form but will be in a smaller brick-built version compared to the other five characters. Mace Windu - A very popular character yet one who's never appeared in this brick-built form, Mace Windu will be coming as a BrickHeadz model with his iconic purple lightsaber. • LEGO Minecraft 21258 A Minecraft Movie: Villager Bust Rumoured For May 2025

As we start April, attention is very quickly turning to one of the most anticipated and meme-worthy films of 2025: A Minecraft Movie. For the LEGO Minecraft theme, however, new reports which came out today, 1st of April 2025, suggest that a brand new 18+ model will be released in a month's time on the 1st of May 2025. 21258 A Minecraft Movie: Villager Bust will be the second LEGO Minecraft D2C following on from 2024's 21265 The Crafting Table, which celebrated 10 years of the licensed theme. This new model will also be our third set based on the blockbuster film after both 1272 Woodland Mansion Fighting Ring and 21273 The Ghast Balloon Village Attack launched on the 1st of March 2025. As the name suggests, 21258 recreates the iconic blocky look of a Minecraft Villager in a life-sized, display-oriented build. This suggests that the 18+ model will be very similar to LEGO Marvel's now-retired 76215 Black Panther. However, this brick-built Villager Bust will be a lot smaller, with a total of 1,432 pieces retailing for $129.99 / €129.99 / £114.99. Even though exact measurements are unknown, the Villager Bust will be a commanding display piece for Minecraft fans to celebrate the upcoming movie. Built using a blocky structure, the set will be faithful to the in-game design, ensuring the classic and iconic pixelated look is translated into brick-built form. The Villager's oversized nose will be a key feature of the 18+ display model. Reports from our very trusty and totally not fake insider suggest that the nose will be built from sloped LEGO bricks to match the rectangular snout shape. The Villager will also include printed tiles for its pixelated green eyes and a removable brown hood to expose its shiny and blocky bald head. Being a bust, only the top half of the villager will be recreated, and there will be no movement in the figure due to its tight and complicated brick-built structure. But further, totally not April Fools fake reports claim that a GWP of a small sound brick will be releasing alongside 21258. This can then be attached to the brick-built Villager and play sounds such as the classic "Hmmm..." Villager sound, the "No" grunt when a trade is declined, and more of iconic chit-chat from our favourite in-game villagers. 21258 A Minecraft Movie: Villager Bust Set Name - A Minecraft Movie: Villager Bust Set Number - 21258 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 1,432 Price - $129.99 / €129.99 / £114.99 Release Date - 1st May 2025 21258 A Minecraft Movie: Villager Bust releases on the 1st of May 2025 but what do you think? Will you be purchasing 21258 once it releases in a months time? What do you think of this totally real 18+ set? Have you checked today's date? Maybe it's the 1st of April, and this article is an April Fools? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.

  • April 2025 LEGO Promotional/GWP Set News: Everything We Know

Compared to March, April has only a small number of brand new LEGO sets releasing but some of these sets are costly and come with Gift With Purchases that are likely to be highly sought after. April is also the month of Easter, and even though celebrations started early with 40764 Easter Bunny Surprise, the promotional item is still available for the first two days of April, and we wouldn't be surprised if an Easter themed polybag also appeared later this coming month. This year's highly anticipated LEGO Lord of the Rings model of 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire releases on the 2nd of April 2025 and will once again be launching with an exclusive GWP. Last year's LOTR GWP of 40693 Fell-Beast sold out in less than 24 hours, and 40761 The Lord of the Rings: Sméagol & Déagol will be just as popular, especially with the inclusion of exclusive Minifigures Sméagol and Déagol. The two cousins include exclusive facial prints with alternative expressions along with duel-moulded short legs. The build itself is a small diorama scene depicting the two hobbits fishing in the River Anduin in their boat. The 18+ model is a two-story construction with the top including a small island and tree along with the River Anduin itself and a small fishing boat for Déagol. Meanwhile, the lower part of the build is much darker in colour scheme and is the location where Sméagol discovers the One Ring, which is included in the promotional set. • LEGO Icons 10360 NASA 747 With Space Shuttle Discovery Rumoured For May 2025

2025 may not be the year of LEGO and Space like 2024, but similar to last year, we will get another Direct to Consumer LEGO Icons model branded under the US Government space agency NASA. In particular, this 18+ set is 10360 NASA 747 With Space Shuttle Discovery, which releases in less than two months time on the 15th of May 2025. 10360 is another $200+ LEGO model in 2025 with an exact retail price of $229.99 / €229.99 / £199.99 with 2,417 pieces included. Unlike the now retired 10283 NASA Space Shuttle Disovery which focused solely on the shuttle and its Hubble Space Telescope payload, this new set takes a different approach. 10360 includes the Boeing 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft alongside a brick-built version of the NASA Space Shuttle Discovery. Both the Carrier Aircraft and NASA Shuttle will be in microscale similar to 2023s 10318 Concorde suggesting a sleek, display oriented design. The Boeing 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft was a crucial part of NASA’s space shuttle program, used to transport the orbiters back to launch sites after landing. This upcoming LEGO 2025 set is expected to capture that history with detailed but compact builds of both the 747 and Discovery. The 747 will likely feature retractable landing gear along with the ability to easily connect and reconnect the aircraft to the main Space Shuttle. The Space Shuttle Discovery itself will be smaller than its previous version in 2021 yet still feature plenty of features including moveable elevons and a payload bay that opens and closes. Once again like previous 18+ models and 10318, 2025s 10360 will include a black display stand along with the likely inclusion of a printed information palque. 10360 NASA 747 With Space Shuttle Discovery Set Name - NASA 747 With Space Shuttle Discovery Set Number - 10360 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 2,417 Price - $229.99 / €229.99 / £199.99 Release Date - 15th May 2025 10360 NASA 747 With Space Shuttle Discovery releases on the 15th of May 2025 but what do you think? Following on from the official reveal of 10347 Petite Sunny Bouquet just a week ago, two more LEGO Botanicals sets are expected to be released on the 1st of June 2025 to add to our ever-expanding range of LEGO flowers and plants. These two Botanicals branded models are 10348 Japanese Red Maple Bonsai Tree and 10349 Happy Plants with the former of the two being the focus of today's article. Similar to 10281, interchangeable foliage may be included such as different shades of red or a springtime green variant. The brick-built tree will likely be set in a traditional bonsai-style pot, similar to the previous LEGO bonsai model but hopefully typing in some Japanese culture and prints.
