LEGO Jurassic World August 2026 Sets Officially Revealed

While the 11th of June is traditionally celebrated as Jurassic Park Day, the LEGO Group seems to have made today its Jurassic Day with further set presentations. After the reveal of both 77984 Jurassic Park Jeep Wrangler and 77985 Dinosaur Fossils: Triceratops, we now have official pictures of five LEGO Jurassic World playsets making up the themes Summer 2026 wave.
77977 Baby Dinosaur: Pteranodon
The first LEGO Jurassic World set releasing on the 1st of August 2026 expands the range of brick-built baby dinosaur sets with 77977 Baby Dinosaur: Pteranodon. The 7+ model recreates a brick-built baby version of the Pteranodon dinosaur, which are known as some of the largest flying reptiles. This Pteranodon and its 373 pieces come in a bright blue and tan colour scheme, along with a red squid side build.

77978 Young T. rex Transport Truck
Younger brick-builders absolutely love dinosaurs, so it's no surprise that we will be getting a brand new LEGO Jurassic World 4+ model on the 1st of August 2026. Two main builds are included in the $30 set: a grey, red and tan coloured transport truck and a red quad bike. A small moulded green T. rex can be seen chasing the quad bike, which includes a hot dog hanging from a stick.

Another 4+ set and we're getting another LEGO Pteranodon, but this time as a singular mould rather than brick-built. 77981 Velociraptor, Stegosaurus & Pteranodon Rescue also includes LEGO dinosaur moulds of a Baby Velociraptor, a Young Velociraptor, and a Baby Stegosaurus. Owen Grady and Kayla Watts are also included as LEGO Minifigures in the 171-piece set.

In terms of piece count, 77982 Spinosaurus Dinosaur Escape is the largest LEGO Jurassic World set coming this summer, and it's based on Jurassic Park III. Unlike the previous two sets, 77982's 820 pieces include a brick-built dinosaur of a mainly red and grey Spinosaurs. This incredible Jurassic build is included alongside two LEGO Minifigures of Dr Alan Grant and Billy Brennan, equipped with a sand green motorbike.

Last but not least, we have 77983 Mosasaurus Dinosaur Boat Attack, which introduces a brand new and mighty impressive Mosasaurus dinosaur mould in medium blue. While the LEGO Mosasaurus is the highlight of the 7+ model, we also get a build for a boat, a helicopter and a mini submarine. Three LEGO Minifigures are also included in 77983, which retails for $99.99 / €99.99 / £89.99 and includes a total of 703 pieces.
