More and more rumours keep on coming as a brand new LEGO Icons set has been rumoured for a July 1st 2023 release. This is set 10320 which we previously covered but it's now confirmed to be a remake of the LEGO Pirates set of 6276 Eldorado Fortress. The set was first released in 1989 so many changes are likely to be implemented in this modern 2023 version of the LEGO Pirates set.
This version under the set number of 10320 of the yellow and white fortress includes a lot more pieces at 2,503. Many of these will be used for the fortress itself along with the small mountain that the fortress sits on. This was previously not brick built but LEGO has come a long way in the last 30+ years so we're likely to see some interesting building techniques and detailed scenery for the Eldorado Fortress.
As already mentioned, the Eldorado Fortress will retail for $214.99 once it releases on 1st July 2023 but it won't be the only release for the LEGO Icons theme. This is because a brand new 18+ Gift With Purchase set will be released alongside 10320 of a Classic Castle Majisto GWP. The set will be a similar size to last year's forestmen hideout GWP and should revolve around the blue magician Majisto.
