As LEGO continue to expand further into the adult 18+ market, it's no surprise that the 18+ LEGO Art theme is continuing into 2024. Three sets released for the theme this year of 31208 The Great Wave in January and then both 31209 The Amazing Spider-Man and 31210 Modern Art in August. Next year looks to be following the same pattern with currently one set rumoured for a 1st January 2024 release.
This set follows on from the previous set numbers with 31211 being called Pair of Parrots thanks to Brick Clicker. Unsurprisingly, the artistic build will be a brick-built display model of two colourful and vibrant parrots in a 2D style form. Like all LEGO Art sets released so far, 31211 Pair of Parrots will be able to be hung from the wall, further making the 18+ model a great display piece.
However, unlike the first few LEGO Art sets that were mosaics, 31211 Pair of Parrots will be more similar to 31206 The Rolling Stones where it is a free-form model rather than being in a much more restrictive frame. The set will also likely include a few bigger pieces to create the accurately detailed parrots which would explain the retail price of $49.99 for 644 pieces.
