Just a couple of days ago our first LEGO Inside Out 2 set became available on shelves and now we have official images of our second set based on the upcoming movie. 43248 Inside Out 2 Mood Cubes released on the 1st of May 2024 debuted Joy and Anxiety as our first Inside Out 2 characters. Sadly these are minidolls rather than Minifigure and the second Inside Out 2 set of 2024 still doesn't include any Minifigures.
But this is because it is a brand new LEGO Disney BrickHeadz pack of 40749 Joy, Sadness & Anxiety. 40749 releases on the 1st of June 2024 as a three-pack BrickHeadz model with the emotions of Joy, Sadness and Anxiety all included in this brick-built form. Together, they will retail for $29.99 with 300 pieces used to recreate the three emotions. Anxiety and Sadness are both a smaller size than usual LEGO BrickHeadz characters, explaining that $20 price tag for a total of three brick-built characters.
