LEGO Art 31209 The Amazing Spider-Man Leaked Online For August 2023

LEGO Marvel and LEGO Art will be joining forces once again in 2023 as a brand new LEGO Art set will be releasing in the summer. Similar to 31199 Marvel Studios Iron Man, Spider-Man will also be made into a brick-built mosaic with 31209 The Amazing Spider-Man which has been rumoured for some months now. But thanks to a Facebook group and Promobricks.de we have our first leaked images of the 18+ set.

However, unlike 31199 Marvel Studios Iron Man but more similar to recent LEGO Art sets, 31209 is not in the usual classic mosaic style. Instead, Spider-Man's entire body stands out 3D-like against the dark and light green covered background This makes it feel like a comic book, especially with his head and also his hands, which even clutch the build's white frame, properly coming out of the build.

The red and blue superhero takes up most of the LEGO Art set but in the background, there are many bits of white to represent a large cobweb and a range of Minifigure-sized spiders. There's even a printed tile with 'The Amazing Spider-Man' logo to round off the 2,099 piece set which will retail for $199.99 from 1st August 2023.
