LEGO love their brick-built mechs and so it's no surprise that more LEGO Marvel mechs will be coming in 2024. In particular, two will be releasing on 1st January 2024 with these being 76276 Venom Mech Armor vs. Miles Morales and 76277 War Machine Mech. Both will retail for $14.99 with Venom having 134 pieces and War Machine having just 20 more at 154 pieces. In this post, we'll be looking at Venom Mech Armor vs. Miles Morales which is a slightly different take on LEGO Marvel mechs with two Minifigures included. These are Venom and Miles Morales, both reused from previous sets. However, its only Venom who gets a black and white mech for his character while Miles Morales will have to use his flexible rope of spider webs. 76276 Venom Mech Armor vs. Miles Morales Set Name - Venom Mech Armor vs. Miles Morales Set Number - 76276 Age Range - 6+ Piece Count - 134 Price - $14.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

The LEGO Marvel 2024 sets are finally here as LEGO have released images of the themes January 2024 releases. As always, the first wave of LEGO Marvel sets of the year consists of smaller sets as well as bigger sets. This is especially the case as the smallest set of the January 2024 wave is 76275 Motorcycle Chase: Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock retailing for just $9.99. For that $10 price tag, 77 pieces are included along with two Minifigures of Spider-Man (Peter Parker) and Venomized Doc Ock. Those Minifigures are likely to be very popular but the build itself is not as much. This is because for those 77 pieces, the only build of the set is a bike for Spider-Man and a small lamp post side build where Doc Ock knocks down a bin with the brand new banana peel piece. 76275 Motorcycle Chase: Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock Set Name - Motorcycle Chase: Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock Set Number - 76275 Age Range - 6+ Piece Count - 77 Price - $9.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

Another day and another LEGO Marvel 2024 leak this time it being a brand new buildable figure of Rocket Raccoon. Thanks to thebrickpost.com we have our first look at 76282 Rocket & Baby Groot releasing at the start of next year on 1st January 2024. The brand-new buildable figure includes 566 retailing for a fair price of $54.99 with a single Minifigure included. For many fans, the Minifigure may be the best part of 76282 as it's an exclusive version of Baby Groot with brand-new printing on his head. We have already seen two versions of a brick-built Groot and even though those aren't in the same scale as this buildable Rocket Raccoon, it's still a great model. Like previous brick-built models, many interesting parts and techniques take place to capture Rocket in a brick-built LEGO form. His tail, for example, is very cleverly done by using barrels and a bush to create its furiness. Other features of the build include posable arms, legs and his face of course along with a couple of brick-built accessories of a couple of handguns amongst other gadgets owned by Rocket Raccoon. 76282 Rocket & Baby Groot Set Name - Rocket & Baby Groot Set Number - 76282 Age Range - 10+ Piece Count - 566 Price - $54.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024 Leaked images from thebrickpost.com

The leaks keep on coming for the LEGO Marvel yet LEGO are still holding off from an official reveal. We do however now have our first image of a brand new mech for the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes theme. In particular, this is 76277 War Machine Mech which includes a total of 154 pieces retailing for $15.99 once it releases on 1st January 2024. Like previous mech sets, the mech will be the main and only part of the build with a single Minifigure included to fit inside the mech. The Minifigure included in 76277 is unsurprising War Machine who features in an exclusive comic book style. His mech matches the colour of his Minifigure with it being a mix of different shaded greys with a couple of hints of reds. A couple of blasters are also connected to the arms and neck of the 2024 mech. 76277 War Machine Mech Set Name - War Machine Mech Set Number - 76277 Ages - 7+ Piece Count - 154 Price - $15.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

Another in-house LEGO theme which has continued to thrive over the past couple of years is the LEGO Technic line of sets. And this trend looks set to continue as five sets have been officially revealed for the theme. The cheapest of these is 42163 Heavy-Duty Bulldozer which will retail for $12.99 with 195 pieces. This is then closely followed by 42164 Off-Road Race Buggy which retails for just a couple of dollars more at $19.99 with 219 pieces. More lowered price sets continue for the theme but this time based on a real model with a well-known brand name. The McLaren racing team is one of these brands and they will have two sets of 42166 NEOM McLaren Extreme E Race Car and 42169 NEOM McLaren Formula E Race Car release in 2024 at some point. However, only 42166, which for $26.99 is an off-roader for the Extreme E Series, will release on the 1st of January 2024. With the January 2024 set of 42168 John Deere 9700 Forage Harvester, LEGO will be giving us another model from the popular John Deere license. With 559 pieces for $39.99, the self-propelled forage harvester again appears in the classic yellow-green John Deere colours seen in previous sets. However, due to the relatively small number of pieces included, no major details or functions are included in the 9+ set. Then we move on to a license making a comeback with 42167 Mack LR Electric Garbage Truck being the first Mack set since 2018. However, the set won't be huge as for a reasonable price of $32.99, 503 pieces are included. The recycling truck still has many capabilities though like openable doors and a gear element on top of the cab to steer the truck into position 42163 Heavy-Duty Bulldozer Set Name - Heavy-Duty Bulldozer Set Number - 42163 Age Range - 7+ Piece Count - 195 Price - $12.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024 42164 Off-Road Race Buggy Set Name - Off-Road Race Buggy Set Number - 42164 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 219 Price - $19.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024 42166 NEOM McLaren Extreme E Race Car Set Name - NEOM McLaren Extreme E Race Car Set Number - 42166 Age Range - 7+ Piece Count - 252 Price - $26.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024 42167 Mack LR Electric Garbage Truck Set Name - Mack LR Electric Garbage Truck Set Number - 42167 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 503 Price - $32.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024 42168 John Deere 9700 Forage Harvester Set Name - John Deere 9700 Forage Harvester Set Number - 42168 Age Range - 9+ Piece Count - 559 Price - $39.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

Many LEGO sets for 2024 have been revealed over the last week or so but one theme which is still missing is the LEGO Ideas line. The now 18+ theme of LEGO Ideas will continue into next year with two brand new sets releasing on 1st January 2024 but neither has been revealed so far. Luckily, we now have a leaked image of one of these 2024 sets thanks to leslegodejef on Instagram. In particular, this LEGO Ideas set is 21345 Polaroid OneStep 5X-70 Camera which for $79.99 will be a brick-built LEGO version of the Polaroid OneStep SX-70 camera which was released back in 1972. The original submission of the brick-built Polaroid Camera by Minibrick Productions included 538 pieces. In comparison, LEGO's official version which releases on 1st January 2024 includes 516 pieces due to LEGO making a very similar yet more polished build of the iconic camera. It is also ever so slightly smaller as it'll measure 16 studs deep and 12 studs wide. However, by LEGO 18+ standards, the set includes quite a few stickers rather than prints. The main stickers of the set are the text 'Polaroid Land Camera' and 'onestep' which are located on the front of the camera. Luckily the rainbow strip down the centre of the Polaroid Camera is neither a sticker nor a print and instead entirely brick-built. The Polaroid Camera isn't the only build included in 21345 as three plastic vinyl photos also come with that $80 price tag. The photos displayed on the pieces of vinyl include the LEGO house, a woman in a harbour and a man looking at a camera film. A white SX-70 film photo cassette is also included as the third and final build of 21345 Polaroid Camera. This is ten studs wide and includes the Polaroid logo along with other bits of text and details. 21345 Polaroid OneStep 5X-70 Camera Set Name - Polaroid OneStep 5X-70 Camera Set Number - 21345 Age Range - 18+ Piece Count - 516 Price - $79.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

And our final LEGO Monkie Kid reveal of today is our second LEGO Monkie Kid of mech of the January 2024 wave. This time it's a brand new mech for Mei, this time in its biggest form yet with a total of 990 pieces retailing for $89.99. Similar to all the other LEGO Monkie Kid sets, the 2024 set carries on the 5th Anniversary of the theme branding on its box. 80053 Mei's Dragon Mech is a brand new brick-built mech that can be constructed into a dragon-like build using the usual colours of green, white and gold for Mei's mechs. A small yellow structure is also included in the set as if the mech is still being constructed. A side build of a small vehicle for Monkie Kid is also included with him, Mei and three bots included as Minifigures in the $90 set. 80053 Mei's Dragon Mech Set Name - Mei's Dragon Mech Set Number - 80053 Age Range - 9+ Piece Count - 990 Price - $89.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

LEGO really do love their mechs as not only will LEGO NINJAGO be getting plenty in 2024, but also the LEGO Monkie Kid theme. This includes the previously leaked set of 80051 Monkie Kid's Mini Mech. The brand new brick-built mech is one of two mechs releasing on 1st January 2024 but is the cheaper and smaller of the two retailing for $49.99 with 556 pieces. Those pieces are used to create another mech for the LEGO Monkie Kid theme which is basically a much smaller version of 80045 Monkey King Ultra Mech. Similar to 80045, the inside of the mech only has space for one Minifigure which will this time be Monkie Kid himself. Sadly he's the only Minifigure of 80051 but we still get a beautiful mech with multiple red and gold elements, printed banners and poseable hands. 80051 Monkie Kid's Mini Mech Set Name - Monkie Kid's Mini Mech Set Number - 80051 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 556 Price - $49.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

After the official reveal of 80054 Megapolis City 5th Anniversary over a month ago, we now have official images of three other LEGO Monkie Kid sets. These include 80050 Creative Vehicles which leaked only a couple of weeks ago. But now the new images show off more features of the $39.99 which includes 390 pieces and continues to celebrate 5 years of the LEGO Monkie Kid theme. 80050 Creative Vehicles is the smallest set of the wave releasing on 1st January 2024 but still includes three brick-built vehicles for Monkie Kid and his team. These include a racing car, a jet and a cool watercraft-like car. All of these are coloured red and gold fitting with the Monkie Kid and Kings colours with both of these Minifigures in exclusive outfits also included in the January 2024 set. 80050 Creative Vehicles Set Name - Creative Vehicles Set Number - 80050 Age Range - 6+ Piece Count - 390 Price - $39.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

After the official reveal of a LEGO Easter set earlier today, we now have official pictures of a LEGO Valentine's set. As usual, the toy company will release a brand new set to celebrate the occasion which is especially popular amongst LEGO couples. This time it will be under the set 40711 Hedgehog Picnic Date which will retail for $12.99 with 166 pieces. The January 1st set is very similar to 40709 Spring Animal Playground whereby two brick-built animals are included along with a small brick-built scenery. This time it's a female and male hedgehog who are in love having a cute picnic date. Two chairs are included for both the hedgehogs to sit on along with a small section of a picnic blanket, some chocolate, flowers and a couple of yellow mugs. 40711 Hedgehog Picnic Date Set Name - Hedgehog Picnic Date Set Number - 40711 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 166 Price - $12.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

LEGO and Disney's partnership has continued to grow throughout the last few years and it doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon. This is because another 12+ microscale build similar to 40613 Mini Palace of Agrabah from earlier this year will be releasing in just over a month's time on 1st January 2024. And this time it will be a mini brick-built version of Ariel's Palace under the set number 40708. Similar to 40613 and previous microscale LEGO Disney sets, 40708 will retail for $39.99 with 557 pieces. For that price, only the palace is included but, like the other microscale builds, it is built to perfection with a lovely gold, pink and blue colouring along with many interesting pieces used to create the architecture. However, unlike all the mini LEGO Disney models so far, 40708 includes a minidoll of Ariel rather than a Minifigure. 40708 Mini Disney Ariel's Palace Set Name - Mini Disney Ariel's Palace Set Number - 40708 Ages - 12+ Piece Count - 557 Price - $39.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

LEGO and flowers have been an unlikely mix over the last few years resulting in a spike in sales for the toy company, particularly amongst adult fans. However, LEGO are still pushing for further sales amongst younger fans too and seems to be doing this by rebranding 40646 Daffodils. The set was previously under the LEGO Icons theme with the standard 18+ black box design. But today's official reveal suggests LEGO will be retiring 40646 at the end of 2023 to then rerelease it on 1st January 2024. This time it will be under the LEGO Creator theme with the set number 40747 and still keeping the set name Daffodils. This change sees the set return to a more colourful box design and put it in line with the likes of 40647 Lotus Flowers and 40460 Roses. Apart from the rebranding, the only other change to the set is a small price increase to $14.99. The exact same piece count of 216 is still included meaning we're getting two yellow and two white brick-built flowers for a total of $15 once it releases on 1st January 2024. 40747 Daffodils Set Name - Daffodils Set Number - 40747 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 216 Price - $14.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

The LEGO Botanical Collection has been extremely popular amongst LEGO fans but they aren't the only LEGO flowers available. For the last few years, we've seen a couple of smaller, less complicated brick-built flowers be released. These have been branded under the LEGO Creator line and that trend is set to continue with 40725 Cherry Blossoms which has now been officially revealed. The 8+ LEGO Creator set along with 40747 Daffodils will be available from 1st January 2024 retailing for $14.99 with 430 pieces. That sounds like a lot of pieces for only $15 but like most LEGO plants, a lot of small pieces are used to make up the pink and white of the Cherry Blossoms. Sadly no small brick-built pot is also included but this should be fairly easy to assemble using your own pieces at home. 40725 Cherry Blossoms Set Name - Cherry Blossoms Set Number - 40725 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 430 Price - $14.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

A brand new LEGO Creator Postcard set has been officially revealed after almost a year since our last one of 40651 Australia Postcard. However, on 1st January 2024 the brand new set of 40713 Japan Postcard will become available. The LEGO Creator branded set is based on one of the most popular countries in the world of Japan and so will likely go down well with LEGOs global audience. Like previous LEGO Postcard sets, 40713 Japan Postcard will retail for $14.99 with a total of 216 pieces. An ode to one of the country’s most iconic landmarks, the set depicts Mount Fuji surrounded by cherry blossom trees, a red bridge and a Himeji-inspired castle. 40713 also includes two plaques for the title of the postcard of 'Japan': one in English and the other in Japanese. 40713 Japan Postcard Set Name - Japan Postcard Set Number - 40713 Age Range - 9+ Piece Count - 262 Price - $14.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024

Like with the four other sets that have been reveal over the past few days, 21257 will be available beginning on 1st January 2024. It'll be the third most expensive set of the wave retailing for $44.99 with a total of 420 pieces. As the name suggests, the main build of the set is the Devourer. This large buildable figure has long, swinging arms and a body covered in scabs, scars, sores and fungal growths. He also has a play function where by the press of a button results in the Devourer firing vomit ‘missiles’ from its mouth and launching mucus elements from its backpack. A Minecraft Ranger Hero minifigure is also with him being able to ride Big Beak bird. A skeleton is included along with a cobblestone golem to further add new mobs to the LEGO Minecraft collection. 21257 The Devourer Showdown Set Name - The Devourer Showdown Set Number - 21257 Age Range - 8+ Piece Count - 420 Price - $44.99 Release Date - 1st January 2024
