After the recent rumours of the next wave of LEGO Star Wars coming in March 2022, it's inevitable that some older sets will soon retire. We now have more information about LEGOs retirement plan for the LEGO Star Wars theme with our information going up to 2023 but as the year goes on we'll soon have more information going up to 2024.
This will almost definitely change as more sets are released this year and sales for the certain set either increase or decrease. However, we can say that most of the LEGO Star Wars sets that were released in 2020 will definitely have retired at the end of 2023.
Any LEGO Star Wars D2C sets usually last quite a few years and always last longer than the smaller more widely available sets. However, we'd recommend getting any retiring D2C's as soon as possible as these will quickly increase in price and go for a hefty amount of money in a few years.
