LEGO Star Wars 75394 Imperial Star Destroyer Officially Revealed | August 2024

Star Wars Day may be over but LEGO have continued with the Star Wars-themed celebrations by officially presenting a brand new intergalactic set. This is 75394 Imperial Star Destroyer which is one of many sets releasing on the 1st of August 2024 for the licensed LEGO theme. 75394 will be one of the biggest playsets of the year with it including a total of 1,555 pieces for a retail price of $159.99.

Many LEGO Star Wars Star Destroyers have released in the last 25 years but the most recent Minifigure scale model is 2014s 75055 Imperial Star Destroyer. 75394 is very similar to the June 2014 set but on an even bigger scale with almost 200 pieces more. The Imperial Star Destroyer can easily be opened up to reveal an expansive interior which still keeps the original shape of the spaceship on the outside.

Inside the Imperial Star Destroyer we can find plenty of rooms and details even if they are a bit small. There's the bridge, the command room, a break room, an armoury, control panels and a cargo box with kyber crystals and thermal detonators. The Imperial Star Destroyer is also equipped with two stud shooters and can be carried on a handle allowing ease of play and display for the Summer 2024 model.

For $160, we don't only get a fantastic build but we also get seven Minifigues including another exclusive anniversary Minifigure of Cal Kestis. He's included in 75394 along with Darth Vader, Commander Praji, an Imperial Gunner, an Imperial Navy Trooper, a Stormtrooper and another Imperial crew member. A blue lightsaber for Cal Kestis is included along with a red lightsaber for Darth Vader.
