After April's highly popular 21348 Dungeons & Dragons: The Red Dragon's Tale, on the 1st of June 2024 we'll be seeing the fifth LEGO Ideas model of 2024 release. In particular, our third unlicensed LEGO Ideas set of the year is 21349 Tuxedo Cat based on the model entitled 'Cat' by fan designer The Yellow Brick. The official model will retail for $99.99 with a total of 1,710 pieces included.
As the name suggests, the 18+ model is entirely a brick-built LEGO version of a Tuxedo (or bicolour) Cat. The LEGO Cat is coloured mainly black but with a few hints of white around its nose, underneath its chin and on its belly. Its paws are also white along with the tip of its tail which circles around its beautifully sat brick built position.
The brick-built cat is 25cm tall with plenty of features included to make it more than just a display model. The cat's head can be rotated, ears adjusted and paws and tail moved to create plenty of different poses. Two printed brown and blue eyes are included which can be swapped around to add customisation to the model. Even its mouth can be changed to be either opened or closed during the building process.
