LEGO Ideas 21340 Tales of the Space Age Officially Revealed | May 2023

After an action-packed 2022 for the LEGO Ideas theme, 2023 is set to carry on that trend as the third set for the theme has been officially revealed. In particular, this is 21340 Tales of the Space Age which will retail for $49.99 making it one of the cheapest LEGO Ideas sets since 2018. And with a total of 688 pieces, that isn't badly priced for the 18+ spaced themed set

The build itself is of four space-themed 3D postcards which can be connected together to create a lovely brick-built display. Once connected, or separately, they can be connected to walls and put on other pieces of furniture due to their small size yet wonderful colours. Each one seems to include different colours from blues and pinks to greens and oranges.

21340 Tales of the Space Age also comes with separate instruction booklets allowing the whole family to build all four 3D postcards at the same time. Each one is inspired by 1980s sci-fi myths, films, books and posters making them perfect for both the adult and child market. The set will be available in just a few week's time on 8th May 2023 for that relatively cheap price of $49.99.
