LEGO Icons 10316 Lord of The Rings Rivendell D2C Leaked Online | March 2023

We've known for a while that LEGO Lord of the Rings is returning in 2023 but we now have more information about the $500 D2C. This is because 10316 Rivendell has leaked online giving us our first look at Lord of the Rings in 2023 away from the LEGO Brickheadz theme. And the leaked image has confirmed that the set will include Minifigures rather than be microscale like many speculated.

And it has a stunning Minifigure selection with at least 14 included and many of these being exclusive. These include Merry, Sam, Pippin, Boromir, Aragorn, Elrond, Frodo, Gandalf, Bilbo, Legolas, Gimli, Gloin, Blonde Elf and Brown-haired Elf. There may also be a fifteenth Minifigure as either a Minifigure or a statue is seen holding a reading book in the photo.

The rest of the image, even though blurry, shows off the beauty and size of the first ever LEGO Lord of the Rings D2C. The City of Elven expands a fair distance with a main grey building taking up most of the set. This includes some interesting architecture and colours for its roof along with two floors. Many grey stone statues surround apart of the building with the rest of its being fairly open to the outside world.

Here, there's a range of different things going on with plenty of space for the 14 Minifigures included. There are also a couple of trees on both this side and the other side of the build which includes a much smaller open building. For Minifigures to access this section they have to cross a stone bridge which moves along with the terrain which has a slight incline here.

All of this and more make up the 6,167 pieces included in this set making it a relatively nice price-per-piece ratio. We also expect official images within the next few weeks as 10316 is rumoured for a 1st March 2023 release...
