After the reveal of the buildable LEGO Dobby the other day, we now have another reveal of a brand new LEGO Harry Potter summer 2023 set. This is the previously rumoured 76422 Diagon Alley: Weasley's Wizard Wheezes which, as you can probably guess, is a brand new version of the Weasley twins' joke shop. This new version will release on 1st June 2023 with 834 pieces retailing for $89.99.
Many of you will already know that a LEGO version of Weasley's Wizard Wheezes is readily available in the D2C of 75978 Diagon Alley from 2020. However, this new version will be targeted at a younger audience with no modular design and instead a playable building with an open back. With 834 pieces it'll also be a bit small than the model from the large Diagon Alley D2C but does include an Owl Post Office in that dark grey colour scheme.
However, for that $90 price tag there's still a wide range of Minifigures included in 76422. Altogether there are seven Minifigures including George and Fred Weasley, Romilda Vane, Ginny Weasley, Fred Weasley, Lavender Brown, and an Owl Post Worker. As already mentioned, this new Half-Blood Prince set will be available from 1st June 2023 along with the already revealed 76421 Dobby the House Elf.
