As has become tradition for the past few years, another LEGO Modular Building will be coming in 2023 as part of the LEGO Icons theme. The set will have the set number 10312 but no set name, price or piece count has been rumoured yet. This years modular was 10297 Boutique Hotel which added another LEGO Hotel to the Modular Building lineup.
A similar case will most likely happen this year with similar buildings but remade with more modern architecture and better Minifigures. The 16th ever LEGO Modular Building will be available from 1st January 2023 with a reveal most likely around the start of December. A promotional set of 40532 will also be available around 1st January 2023.
