LEGO 40684 Fruit Store GWP Officially Revealed | 15th April 2024

On the 1st of March 2024, we saw our first LEGO Houses of the World GWP of the year of 40680 Flower Store with the second of these GWPs being available in just a few days. This second LEGO Houses of the World, or shall we say 'Shops of the World', promotional set is 40684 Fruit Store. It will become available from the 15th of April 2024 with any purchases in-store and online over $200.

As already mentioned, our first LEGO Houses of the World GWP of 2024 was a Flower Store and now we have a brick-built microscale Fruit Store. It sits on a black 12x10 base with the store having two levels and a small exterior. Outside there is a black lampost, a bit of path stretching the length of the store and of course plenty of fruit. This includes printed round 1x1 strawberries, a couple of cherries, cabbages, grapefruit, oranges and much more.

On the inside the fruity fun continues with a couple of tables, benches and other display furniture for the LEGO fruit to sit on. Most of the fruit inside is the same as seen outside but there are a couple more printed round 1x1s and 2x1s representing real-life fruit. On the upper floor, there's a microscale apartment for the fruit store owner. The apartment is split into two rooms: one with a bed and the other a living room with a sofa and TV on the wall.
